This is my place for auto repair and maintenance for all my cars. I've been coming here for 10 yrs. They are honest and won't tell you that you need repairs that are false like other auto shops. Went here to get a wheel alignment because I had just installed new suspension parts and got new tires and I was going on a road trip the next day. They did a great job and had me in and out within 30 mins. This is the first time I've been to this location but I'll be back if there is something I cannot fix. I always have good experiences at Goodyear stores. Can't say that about Firestone.

Mark & his team are the best!!!!! 1st time here & they made sure I was well taken care of. I needed tire switched out & an oil change on my truck. They took me to wotk & picked me up when it was done just a few hours later. Best part of it all was they had to go searching for my wheel lock and found a $100 bill & made sure it was returned to me! I can't be more thankful they were honest! This is my go to place now. I supervise 8 pizza stores. I sent an employee to this shop for a new tire because of positive reviews. My employee received a defective tire and after realizing this, the shop basically said “not our problem .. you accepted it”. You just lost over 160 potential customers. Poor decision. To all reading reviews, be aware. My business thrives off of reviews. Too bad these guys decided to profit off their mistake instead of profiting off of potential business. Who ever runs this shop is clearly inept. Thanks for letting us all know to go else where. I’ll gladly spend $100 to learn to take my business elsewhere. Two thumbs down to you.

I have been a customer here for many years and have always been happy. I never feel talked down to or hit on like I have at other auto shops. They recommend services to keep my car running well, but they're never pushy. I just got a faulty wiper blade replaced at no charge, and that says a lot to me...things will go wrong, but they handle it with integrity and that has earned my trust.

BEWARE! DON'T GO TO THEM if you want honesty and to not be cheated. They dumped all the coolant out of my A/C and did not replace what they dumped. This caused my Compressor to lock up and now I must spend over $1,000 for repairs. Of course, they will NOT take responsibility for their actions. The only excuse I got was that their technician is certified and has been for years. However, If that was a true statement, the tech would have known better than to let a customer drive away without recharging the line. I already spent over $400 and they offered to pay back the $59.99 which was the cost of finding out why my A/C wasn't as cool as it could be. FYI... When I took the car in the A/C was still running at 90%. I called several mechanics and they agreed that Goodyear is responsible for my compressor damage (James and Dave know it too, but will not take responsibility). With that being said, I took my car to Firestone right up the street and not only is it cheaper to make the repairs, they offer financing. I hated to have to finance the service, but I am so glad they have it available. I hope this helps you decide on where to take your car if it needs HONEST people working on it. Ask for Larry... He was on top of everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Came in with a nail the tire. Upon picking up the tire 4 hours later, the owner complained how difficult it was and charged me $30 to fix. He went on a long diatribe about how times are changing for the worse and alluded that business is not good as it once was. Discount Tire (about 1 mile away on Trinity Mills) will do this service for free, including mounting and balancing, even if the tires were purchased elsewhere (I just called and verified). Discount tire also does tire rotations for free (this shop charges $20). Discount Tire also has an app that you can track your vehicle all the way through the process (when it goes into the bay, when it's done). While visiting today, a customer called and after the owner hung up he said "a customer calling three times won't help the car get serviced any faster." Why deal with this antiquated service when others can do it better and for cheaper? (Discount Tire). I already was on the fence about staying a customer of Carrollton Tire & Auto due to what happened last time I was there. The prior time I visited the shop for an oil change, one of the workers requested to leave early, and the owner was threatening to take away the worker’s pay for the half day he worked. Would you trust a disgruntled employee to take good care of your auto? I'm surprised I didn't have a banana in my tailpipe after that oil change. This shop looks for suckers like me to take advantage of. Don't be the next sucker, go somewhere else. My recommendation is any Discount Tire.

I've had nothing but a fantastic experience here both times I've been in. My state inspection was quick and efficiently done, and they even installed some wiper blades I'd picked up. I brought it in today for an oil change and described a problem I'd been hearing. They fixed it for a simple $25. Quick, quality, no BS or gimmick upselling to me, and I'm one of those "easy mark" females who mechanics often try to do that stuff to.

Over the past few years, my vehicles have been to Carrollton Tire and Auto for brakes, AC, major suspension repair, and tires. I’ve only ever received top quality service at a fair price. For example, when I was having issues with my AC they determined that the problem would be about $4,500 to fix (it’s a known fault with the vehicle). They did some research and were able to engineer a workaround that saved me about $4,000 of that. Highly recommend.
