A year ago I had an issue at Take 5 Oil Change, where they forgot to put back in a certain part in my oil filter system. I ended up calling Blanco's Flawless Auto - Steve King Automotive to see if they can fix it. Jose Blanco Jr picked up the phone and I explained the situation to him. He told me that I was welcome to bring my car in, but it was actually fairly minor thing if I wanted to just buy that part and wait until my next oil change with Take 5 and tell them to pull it in. He spent the next 15 minutes on the phone with me telling me the part numbers that he needed to know to purchase online, in addition to a few tips about my car. All of this was at no charge. Anyways I bought the part but no longer trusted Take 5, so I dove deep into Youtube, bought all the equipment, ended up fixing the problem at home. This also gave me enough confidence to also handle a number of basic car maintenance at home, like oil changes, coolant drain and fill, spark plugs, etc. For Jose's honesty and information, I told myself I would go back to Blanco for any major maintenance or repairs in the future. So finally this year, my car's brake pads have started to wear thin, so I decided I need a pad and rotor change. Brought it to Blanco's and they started to get to work on it. Was told the car was overall in great shape but needed a replacement on the sway bar and another component underneath which was completely cracked from the photos he took underneath. Honestly I was expecting something to be broken since I've essentially drove this thing for over 100,000 miles without really getting anything underneath maintained. He was able to get it all fixed today within a couple hours and even provided several discounts on labor since my car is getting simultaneous services done. Overall I am very happy with the service and honestly of Blanco's and would highly recommended them to anyone.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My family and I have been trying for years to get our inherited ‘67 mustang up and running again. The team at Blanco’s Flawless was able to do so when the three shops we have gone to in the past were not able to. Every person there makes you feel like part of the family. From the first second we walked in, we could tell it was the start of a relationship, not just a transaction. I’ve seen them work on a wide variety of cars here, and it seems like any challenge you throw at them they can adapt to.

This place is magical. Eurick greeted me with a great smile, professionalism, knowledgeable and courtesy. I learned about this location from a friend that has known Eurick for 30 years. Eurick didn’t waste no time handing my vehicle over to David which so happened to be the manager. The quoted me a time frame and completed the job well before the quoted time. Which of course made things a lot better. The crew Jose, David and Eurick definitely go far and beyond making people feel comfortable not feeling being ripped off and leaving knowing the job was done well. Update 8/14/25: It’s been almost three months since my car was repaired and after getting ripped off by the dealership for years and trying multiple other shops, all of my issues have been resolved and my Lincoln is still running like it’s brand new. So if you want a great place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend this shop. They definitely know what they are doing and they care about their customers. I absolutely love this shop, if you want honesty, good service and great pricing this is where you come. My car is a 2014 and I’m hoping they can keep me in it for many years to come!
