Found Mark on Facebook Marketplace & sent him a message because I had recently purchased a new Kawasaki 4 wheeler and it started smoking. Described to him over the phone what was going on and he was able to tell me what was wrong & still offered to view it in person to confirm it. It was stolen that same day and after it was recovered he was even nice enough to fix the ignition switch for me so we could get it back running. I’ve never met a mechanic who was as thoughtful, helpful, and actually caring as Mark he isn’t looking to get over anyone and truly has a kind heart and as long as I own a 4wheeler he will continue to get my business.

An absolute amazing experience! Especially given how difficult it is to find trustworthy and honest mechanics these days. I found Mark last minute and tried to call his shop at 11 PM with the intention of leaving a voicemail… yet, he answered the phone. I called him about my Yamaha warrior 350 completely discontinued model. He was very familiar and extremely knowledgeable. He said we could meet the next day and we did. He looked at my four wheeler and within I kid you not 160 seconds. He told me what was wrong with it And proved it. He always kept me updated. And finish the work in a very reasonable amount of time I would give 10 stars if I could

Where do I start. Mark is a great man. Called him to service my chain and he didn't even want to charge me for it. He told me to take it in and he'll see what needed to be done. Turns out I need a whole new chain, but since he didn't have one he asked if I can reschedule to next week. And made sure I was good to ride home. lubed my chain and made sure it wouldn't be dangerous to ride home. NO CHARGE. He's a great man. And not only did I find a bike mechanic for life. I believe I just met a new mentor and lifelong friend. Keep up the great work Mark. You are a blessing to this earth!!

I own a 2006 Yamaha Rhino 450. It has been a great machine for support of deer hunting in North Texas. Right now it cranks but won’t start. I checked the ignition- no spark. After trying several repair vendors I found Mark at Professional Powersports. He gave me an over the phone diagnosis of the likely cause. This is perfect for me . I took my motorcycle to have the air filter changed and he returned it to me with scratches that the motorcycle did not have before. I told him about it and he did not want to take responsibility for the damage caused. He is rude and unprofessional. I recommend that you do not leave your motorcycle with that man because the repairs will cost you more later.
