Manager has spoken with me on my issue and did his best to rectify the situation. (He is a good manager). However, there is an employee who sold tires. He shouldn't be working that counter. That individual is dismissive and created an unnecessary problem. I was not rude or demanding. All my questions were directly related to the tires.

I literally had an oil change at this Walmart last year and it was done in a reasonable time. I went for an oil change last week and it took 10 minutes. They didn't check the tire tread though & I didn't even notice until a few days later it rained and I was sliding all over the place. I checked my oil change receipt and noticed they hadn't check the tires at all (which is standard with an oil change). I went back last week with replacement tires in tow after I was informed that my front tires were bad. There was 1 car in the bay ahead of me and no others. I was told the wait time was 1.5 hours. I checked back 2 hours later and they still hadn't touched my car, just told me they hadn't gotten to it yet. I got sick of walking around Walmart and left. I'll never be back I see quite a few reviews about 3 hour wait times. If they had been honest and told me the wait was 3 hours I would've left immediately. 1.5 hours was doable since I got a manicure and did some shopping but 3 hours is insane considering that I got there before 4pm and there was only 1 other car in the bay. I lived in Las Colinas for 10 years and went back to the local Walmart there on a Friday after work with several cars in front of me. They were done changing my tires in an hour and a half.

Went one day, waited 3 hours, and they managed to replace the wrong tire. Had to dig it out of the recycle bin and put it back on. Swore I would never go back. Then forgot and went back. They took their sweet time. Said it would take an hour. After 45 minutes they finally started and told me it would only be another 45 minutes. Everyone seems unmotivated to get customers out the door. I'll never come here again and won't forget this time.

The slowest techs ever. They take forever to do the simplest task even if there is no one in front of you. Barney guy is always rude for no apparent reason. Cannot even talk to the guy without him having attitude. If you have 3 hours of spare time then sure come here. Up to you

The guy name Loro, he is very kind!! I went there 2 weeks ago, it was early Monday morning at 7:30am and it was cold and raining. I asked for filling the air because of low pressure. He helped me with kindness. I wanted to leave him some tips but he said no and said this is the service. Thank you for making my day!! God bless you!

Was threatened by the technician who gave us are keys back told us he won’t be so nice about it next time if we don’t get the expensive oil change. When I told him no one inform us that we needed that oil he said and your car is not in the system. Which is funny because that’s the second time there and once again never was told this. Just very unprofessional.

waited two hours for an oil change. speaks more to walmart as a corporation being incapable of successfully managing individuals than the workers here who were all viably stressed and struggling to keep up with the volume of cars they had.

This place is a complete joke. No quality assurance. After 3 hours, they released a car with different-than-ordered tires. Expected PSI is 35 on all four wheels, whereas the monitor in the car presented 24 and 44! It's completely unsafe not to mention the car belongs to my pregnant wife. We will never ever again go to that Walmart Auto Care Center. Avoid it for your own good.

Worst experience, after waiting for 2 hours for oil change, told me they don't have any 0W-20 oil. That information should be handy to the person who is taking the order. Wasted 2 hours of my life.

I had my battery replaced last Saturday. The price was reasonable, but it took too long. I waited for 2 hours. Too many people come here

Must Avoid!!! Never bring your car here, ridiculous times with employees who don't give a dime about your car. Came here for a road hazard warranty where they couldn't do anything to fix my tire so they wanted to replace it but wouldn't tell me how much they'll charge me before hand? They installed my tires so badly since the beginning I had to replace all my tire sensors since they installed them. If I would've known before hand I would've ran out of there. Also never lose your receipt because their computers magically never have your customer and warranty information🤷♂️.

I have been using this service for almost two years and they advertise that they would do basic maintenance such as tire pressure and washer check. But they never checked those even after I asked them to do. They repeatedly say it includes the service but never ever checked. So I complained it then they said they do not check unless warning signal comes out. So ridiculous. After I complained, they checked the tire pressure, but I later found out that a nozzle from the engine was disconnected. My engine was about to die. So unprofessional and one of the stupidest ever.

Came in to get tire replaced using the hazard insurance. They told me that tire is no longer held in store only online. I was told that I would need to purchase tire online(Walmart.com or third party), shipped to store for installation and reimbursed after the fact. What a broken process. After 30 minutes of calling around to other tire shops and even corporate no help. The tire Goodyear assurance outlast is an exclusive to Walmart and only sold by them. After talking to ACC manager and even store manager they agreed process was not good because of two modules. As the customer I was highly frustrated that I would have to spend my own money to get a product they sale online just to get reimbursed. After much grief and time wasted the ACC manager said they had 5 just system on iPad did not show them in inventory. 90 minutes later they find tire to replace and start installation with attitude and even charged me for installation. I asked if they could wave this since they wasted a lot of my time and told me bad information. All it would take is just to go look in the back to see.

I had a blow out on Sunday Morning, and Armando & Staff had me a new tire mounted and ready to go within 1 hour.... It was Sunday, so they are a little sluggish on Sunday, but otherwise,.... Great Job....

Very bad service whenever you go there are many hours of waiting in addition to that the workers pass cars in front of the line believe it today was the last time I went I was on hold for 3 hours and even so my car never entered service I had to ask for my keys and leave if you want to do your maintenance do not come here

Getting the service done is reasonable, however waiting for someone to be present at the desk to pay for the service? You're going to be waiting at least an hour. I was given my ticket to pay and waited over a half hour, I could see my car ready to go, I was tapping the desk pay screen to request someone to arrive the whole time, I got tired of waiting and attempted to pay at the front checkout lane, they wouldn't let me. I'll admit I cried because I felt the feeling of being trapped in the store, I just wanted to go home. After waiting at the Auto Center desk for another 15 minutes, finally someone arrived and I was able to get my keys.

Came on a rainy Saturday afternoon for a new battery installation, drawn in by their competitive pricing. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes for them to begin service on my vehicle, but it was fast after they began (total time from check in to driving off was an hour forty five). Reasonably nice and reasonably priced. Counter was staffed by at least person by entire stay.

I ordered tires online and they never checked them in, so for 2+ weeks my app said my order was delayed. When I finally went in person they confirmed they had them in the back but forgot to check them in. Then I paid to have the tires installed, they said it would take 1 hour and I was there for over 3 hours waiting.

I had an appointment to replace four tires, I booked and paid in advance on December 23rd 2025. After one hour of waiting, I asked why my car is not being pulled into the service bay. I was told that there are no free bays. However, I could see two bays out of six unoccupied while the employees were moving leisurely around, eating their lunch or smoking under the trees outside. After one hour and 15 minutes of waiting, I asked for the service to be canceled. They gave me the keys and when I got home, to my surprise, I had pending charges on my credit card. I returned to the store to get an explanation and the person at the counter told me he does not know what happened since he was not there at 2:00 PM. I asked to talk to the department manager, he replied that he is the manager. I told him that in absence of an explanation he doesn’t give me any options but to leave a negative review. His reply was “That’s fine, have a nice day” I asked to talk to the store manager, but I was told he only works week days. I asked to talk to the person who assumes responsibility in his absence, and I was told he is not there either. While waiting for my refund, I let you decide if you want to take your car to a place like this.

DON’T buy a car battery here if you expect them to honor the three-year warranty. I brought back a battery that had clearly gone bad (it was within the 3yrs) and they kept giving me the runaround saying it was still good and that they needed to charge it. After waiting about an hour, they then told me their charging machine wasn’t working. It felt like they were just making me jump through hoops instead of honoring the warranty. The battery was obviously bad, but instead of manager, Matthew, doing the right thing and replacing it I ended up having to buy a new one. How about ya’ll keep up with your equipment instead of putting the responsibility on your customers!
