I am delighted to leave this review for Chipp’s Auto Solutions Mobile Auto Repair. I have dealt with mobile mechanics before but none like chip . Upon first meeting Chipp I noticed that he got straight down to business with proper paperwork in hand for receipt 🧾, business card , and guarantee. I was very impressed right away . Chipps level of professionalism is unmatched, he is a straight shooter and will give you the answer you need with no chaser. I was referred to him by a close friend that lives in Norman Oklahoma and originally sought him out for a new diagnosis on my daughter vehicle who attends school at OU along with my son . Since I lived out of town and could only come on the weekend to attend to the matter Chipp let me know right away never a Saturday but possibly a Sunday to help us out . So we met on a Sunday , his day off mind you a day after his wife’s birthday/ anniversary weekend and I explained to him I wanted to get a second opinion on a matter about the vehicle . I was told one thing by an another mechanic I originally contacted but I was a little skeptical about the diagnosis and pricing. I won’t mention names but it turned out not to be a proper diagnosis from said be prior mechanic . Myself and Chipp didn’t speak on my previous mechanic because he got straight to work. Chipp is super knowledgeable about his profession, respectful, prompt, and looks every bit of the type of man that you want to show up the first time you meet a mobile mechanic from the tools on hand down to his professional mechanic attire. It goes without saying when a man even takes time out to each one teach one for myself and my son is A1 . Chipp went above and beyond teaching us how to better take care of our vehicles and blessed us with a future diagnosis just by listening to the vehicle to prevent future damage and text us what to go buy to add to our preventive maintenance. I’ll end with this , Chipp had the vehicle up and running before he even left the parking lot 😀 just like it says on his business card “ Getting you Going I come to you! “ I highly recommend Chipp Auto Solutions and I will call him every time and he will always have my families appreciation.
