The 1st time, Will Smith (owner), in 15min free expert advice, saved me $100's : << Shops & stores often try to sell you a costly _______ ; when, often, you just need a cheap ____ >> . And, << For example: If one cylinder's misfiring, instead of immed'ly paying for a major _____ , 1st try just swapping-in a spark plug or ignition coil from another cyl., to see if just that was the problem. >> ( -- And that was after he'd just closed, and probably his family was waiting for him to come home and have dinner together. ) The next time, he insisted we meet ASAP, the following AM -- his day off -- : w/ family waiting for him in his car, he sensored-out that it was just a small part that I needed ; helped me go in & buy one that cost only half as much ; and in a few minutes installed it himself. -- and refused to be paid ; << It was making the computer start telling the engine to shut down ; there could've been a very bad accident. >> He'd also said, << i think of everyone as my friends, not just customers ; and they're in line for me & my crew to get each one of them the best & safest , usually for much less cost & also much quicker than ______ . >> And, << I don't really need to make any more money ; I just like to be helping all my friends to keep going. >> .. .. ..

Do not come to this location! The technician DID NOT do my brake flush properly had to wait outside of the shop for 30 minutes for my appointment on top of that had to get a whole new front tire & also had 2 nails put into my back tires in the same spot right after leaving this location!! The technician should be fired!!! Would never come back here a waste of money 😤😤

I cannot RAVE about the service I received at this establishment, enough!! I was so frustrated, driving around to several places and no one would help me by installing a new battery in my car. I randomly wondered into AAMCO and without hesitation Will and Ben stepped up and immediately started working in my car. I was in and out in 30 minutes and SO relieved to have been helped out. Would give 10 stars if I could. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Will, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. Very experienced and not once charged me a dime for all the invaluable advice and guidance he’s given me when my car (lemon) reached the end of its life…. On top of that, he told me as soon as he heard the motor running on my car, that it was no longer safe to drive and was transparent about how expensive it would be to fix. On top of that, he let me keep the vehicle safely parked in his lot, which was so helpful. I am so glad my friend referred me here. I was able to make an informed decision to buy another vehicle instead, many thanks to his advice. I will be going back for Will to inspect my new car- this guy is hands down the best, kindest, most honest mechanic I have ever been to. Will explains everything in great detail, and never pressures me one way or another. Also isn’t condescending like some other shops are when they see a lady walk through the door. We need more mechanics like him!!!! Y’all have earned a loyal customer for years to come- thank you!

Met up with Mike the general manager there, after talking with him over the phone about resolving a transmission issue on my Nissan pathfinder. He was thorough and direct with the process, and I knew what to expect when I went in. His shop was expedient, and customer service was above and beyond. I visited this auto center twice, and both times the service was outstanding. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. One visit was for AC issues with regular 80K service. They addressed all my concerns and did a great job they resolved AC issues efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I'm impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.
