The owner of American Collision was driving by and told me to bring my car to his shop so they could help me out. They were able to change my flat tire. They service was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle needs.

I took my car over the summer to get some scapes and minor damages repaired. The shop did such a great job at explaining everything to me that needed to be fixed and was very very kind throughout the whole process. The owner of the shop was always smiling and willing to help out with whatever was needed! The only issue I had was they kept telling me that my car was about to be finished and then would push it back. This wasn’t an issue with me because my insurance was paying for my rental but it might be for someone else! I did tell them to take their time and to not worry about deadlines so that could have also been me! Overall I am very happy with the car repairs and they were very kind with the repair prices as well! Hopefully I won’t need to come back but I will definitely recommend them to others!

American collision has the best service in town! The entire team is extremely friendly and was highly knowledgeable. Their cost estimate was on point. I dropped my car in on Monday evening and was able to receive my car by Friday evening! Navid was extremely helpful and made sure the car looked brand new. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any business in Dallas. I highly recommend American Collision if you are looking for quality and expert service. Many collision centers told me my car was totaled but American Collision was able to save it! I’m truly grateful for their service.

Great great experience with Navid! They are patient and do exceptional work! I had a scratch on my bumper and they thought they could touch it up but tge scratch was too deep so they corrected the bumper and it looks fantastic! Could not be happier! Highly recommend!
