holy christ fay, how did you ever slip away? and yea, that sounds like Habib, he was a rump ranger before he got the money to open that shop.. He would perform oral on the goats you speak of quite frequently but Tijuana is a hard place for imports and the donkey show wasn't going anywhere so --next best thing, he took it instead of givin it and found he could get paid more for it, humiliation is and will always be the name of his game.. Atleast you caught him, he just came right out and asked to smell mine..

Used their service for the first and only time this past June for some body work on my car. I chose this shop mainly because they were close to me and were open by the time I got off work late in the afternoon. I was getting the car body work covered through insurance and it was very difficult getting my insurance rep to connect with these guys to finalize the estimate and start the work on the car. My car was just sitting at their shop for days. They were not communicative at all. They either don't have a front desk person there or they were not doing their job. I had to call the shop personally several times to get an eta on the work though the person I talked to, when I did get to connect with one, would tell me that they would call me. Personally, it's a plus when anyone I'm doing business with are proactive but I especially do not like when they do not do what they say. They told me that the work would be done at a certain day and that they would call me. That whole day would go by, no call from them. I had to call them to find out the work was done and the vehicle was ready for pickup. All that said, this is just an annoying inconvenience. The part that really set me off is that when I went to pick up the vehicle they told me that they did not receive the check to cover the cost of the work from the insurance company, though I know that the check was sent and delivered as it showed so on my insurance app. The two men in the office asked me to step out of the office while they discussed something. When they called me back in they suggested that I can pay via zelle to to an account that was not even associated with the auto body shop. RED FLAG WENT OFF IN MY HEAD. Needing the car sooner rather than later for my travels, I paid for it via my personal zelle account. As soon as I got home I contacted my bank and the insurance company providing details and screenshots verifying payment through my personal account for work that should've been covered through insurance. The insurance company got in contact with me quickly and to my shocking surprise informed me that the check was cashed soon after I had paid via zelle! The insurance company did right by me and reimbursed me immediately and expressed that they would be pursuing California Auto Body of Inglewood. Not sure what resulted from that but at the end of it I was just relieved to have been done with this ordeal. The way this transpired, no one can tell me that this shop was not knowingly duplicitous. Honestly, the experience left a very bad taste for me. Would not recommend and will not patron their services again!

While I didn't receive any work on my car, the customer service is impeccable! My car was t-boned in an accident, and, as this was my first collision accident, I'd never interacted with a body shop before. Cesar was so pleasant to speak with from the initial call to the last. Although I was distraught and frustrated at the entire situation in general he maintained a positive and uplifting attitude. My car was towed to the shop in the morning, and by the time I arrived that afternoon Cesar had already completed an initial assessment of the vehicle with estimated costs for all the damages. He explained the process for everything going forward and made sure to keep me informed as he received updates. He stayed on top of communicating with my insurance so that the process was as smooth as possible. Ultimately, the damages were too excessive to complete any work, and was deemed a total loss. Cesar assisted me with removing all belongings from my car. After leaving, I realized I left something in the car and Igor was so kind to retrieve it for me and save it for me to pick up at my convenience. I highly recommend this shop for service and speed alone!

Honest, informed, competent. I cannot recommend enough!! Very good experience and I didn’t even buy anything. I came to this shop after stoping by a dealership that quoted me over $1,000 to recalibrate a sensor. The man I spoke with talked with me about options that were much more affordable that did not compromise safety. I left with no hard sales pitch and a feeling that the person I spoke with had my own best interest in mind.

Incredible work, very fair price and honest estimate. Someone hit my car while it was parked and drove off. I talked to a couple different shops, and decided to go with California Auto Body. They were friendly, upfront and explained everything that went into the estimate. Going in, I wasn't sure how the repair would look because my car had a pretty bad dent on the rear quarter panel. When I got the car back, I was amazed. It was like the dent was never there. The new paint on the repaired panel was blended perfectly to match the rest of the car. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate. I absolutely recommend this place. I drive an older car (1999), which is not worth much money but has a lot of sentimental value and California Auto Body really put a lot of effort into repairing it and really did an excellent job. Absolutely recommend.

At first, I thought I brought in a car that seems very hard to fix when, lgor looked at my 1997 Delta 88 Oldsmobile. The passenger side was hit by a hit and run driver. Igor took the time to explain how parts can be expensive when locating them. Overall, I am content with the repairs. Thank you for your professionalism.
