Never going there again. Took my 2003 Ford explorer. Was fixed but a week later wouldn't go past 10 MPH. And now they say is something else that they don't work on in there. Tried to scam me. Telling me 750 and suggested something that is illegal to do to my truck here in Illinois. Not satisfied. And I suggest if ur a woman and u go alone to this shop they will try to scam u. They think women don't know nothing about cars. Wrong.

I have a 2006 Infiniti m35x I went toCavillos. they put my drive belt and serpentine belt on for best price around other shops are charging three times as much as Cavillo charged to put it on. I then went back to have my radiator put on and that was half the price of what everyone else had quoted as. I have already recommended this shop to many people. I am actually sitting here now waiting to have work done and I am excited because I know it's going to be done right and had a fair price

Cavillo of West Chester, PA is amazing! Their staff is caring and personable. The fought with my insurance company to make sure my car was repaired with only new factory parts. They even cover the rest of my car rental when the insurance stopped paying. I can not say enough and they have a lifetime of business from my family! Consumer service means so much and they called me every step of the way. Love them!

I Trusted These Mechanics To Fix My Car, Cause They’ve Helped Me Before. They Said The Problem Was My Starter Was Burnt Out, My Core Hose Had A Hole In It&& I Put Oil In My Car, So They Reset My Oil Levels. They Put A Starter On Without My Permission, Without Telling Me A Price. I Had To Call To Even Know what was going on with my car. I Asked If They Took Cash Or Card && The Answer Was Just “Yes”. I Get There To Pay With My Card, && Was Told I Had To Get Cash.which was a problem bc obviously i don’t have a car to get it. Gave Me A Receipt, That I Couldn’t Understand. So I Asked If They Could Read It Back, They Couldn’t Even Read It Themselves. Asked Them To Rewrite It Was Asked If I Wanted The Receipt Written In English, That’s The Only Language I Can Read and that I speak. Why Not Write It In Plain English To Begin With ? I Left the shop, Wasnt Gone No Longer Than 2 Hours, & Realized My $100 Bracelet, $10 Worth Of Change Was Missing && My Dash Board Lights && Radio Were Flickering On && Off. I Turned The Car Off && It Didn’t Come Back On. I Had To Get A Ride Back To The Shop. I Get There && The Father Said Only He && His Son are the ONLY two who Worked on my Car. Once the CPD arrived I found out That Was A Lie. Another Mechanic Worked On My Car. They Also Said They Didn’t Take The Bracelet Or Change, But That Was A Lie too. Realized They Never Ran Diagnostic Test. Just Went Off What He Thought It Could Be . && Me Trusting Him To Know His Job, I Was Willing To Pay Whatever To Make Sure I Was Getting Everything Fixed. They Towed My Car Back To The Shop, And Took Another Guess && Said It Was The Alternator. & that was $590 Of Course I Was Upset . I Got A Video Of The Son Saying He’ll Take His Parts Off && Give Me A Full Refund . But Started Talking To His Dad In Spanish, Then Saying I Can’t Get A Refund At All . The Father Then Called the Police, Saying I Was Disturbing The Peace . They Told Me If I Could Get The Alternator They Would Put It On For Free . I Asked For $200 Back To Get It And They Said No . Tried To Give Me $100 Refund After Paying $580 && My Car Still Wasn’t Staying On. The Police Came , && Realized It Sounded Like It Was The Battery . Again, Had They Ran A Diagnostic, They Would’ve Known What Was Going On .. probably didn’t even need a starter if they would’ve checked both batteries.
