I came to this place because I heard this place has competitive tires (and they do). I was told to wait while they searched their inventory for my tires. 20 minutes later, walked out to my car. It seemed like they forgot about me. Then to top it off they tell me they didn't have my tires.

I thought the Service was good. I had four new tires bought elsewhere mounted and asked them to put the rear passenger tore where spare goes since it was a spare but a full size brand new tire. I asked before leave mg if it was done was told twice it was. Well i got a flat and needed my spare. They didn't do a Damn thing to my spare but unmount it and left my flat tire in trunk. I was stranded so th my kids and it was so wrong of them. Thankfully I disposed of my own tired or they would've thrown away my used dor 2 days new spare Bridgestone tire! These guys are idiots. I'll never trust them again. Remember your tires could save your life. Take precaution with this place or watch closely while they work on your vehicle.

There is a bunch of people around but no one can help. You better speak Spanish if you come here if not they are gonna get you. No customer service or the worst ever. I gave them the model of the car and year. They told me to take a picture of the tire so they know what size it is. I asked if they could send someone out and see if we even needed new tires. They said they were unable to help with that. WHAT! I asked for an estimate. This place is ridiculous. Don't come here

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! They were 100 dollars cheaper than the next closest place for brake replacement. They didn't require an appointment and they finished it in a few hours. (They were super busy when we dropped it off) Not only that but I forgot my wallet with a hundred bucks and a bunch of credit cards in my car and everything was still there when I got the car back. If you need work on your car don't hesitate to bring it here, these guys are quick, competient, trustworthy and great value.

Place is great. Never had to worry about speaking Spanish as one of the 1-star comments suggested. They are great and also a very busy shop so don't expect there to be someone just sitting at the counter waiting to hold your hand while you figure out what you want (just another salary to pay that gets put into your bill.) You'll speak directly to the technicians.

I’ve been going here for years but not anymore. They replaced two of my tire sensors on one side of my car and the first one was faulty after I replaced it and they said it wasn’t there’s and I said ok because my tires had just been rotated. Fast forward to a couple months later, my other sensor on the same side needs to be replaced, they replace it and a month later it’s going off again. When I took it over, they refused to take accountability and tried to gaslight me by saying it wasn’t there’s. It was because I hadn’t changed any other sensors, hadn’t touched the tires since they last did and it was only that side of the car that’s been replaced. I spent $100 both times and can’t just keep spending money for them to not do the job or take accountability that it IS there’s. Just beware and don’t waste your time or money. They could care less about loyal customers.

Ordered correct part and has warranty. Very Honest, professional and trustworthy on their knowledge with electrical car problems. They have life long Customers with us. We bought tires as well with them due to their great customer service. They took care of us and took into consideration our situation on needing the car as soon as possible. Vs The other place was just getting crazy quotes that where beyond realistically affordable and the run around! Went to big brand in arroyo grande said the tire couldn't be patched and it would cost 160 for new tire after I waited 1 and half hours. Took it here they patched it for 20 dollars. Five stars! Guess thats why big brand patches for free...lol. This us my new tire place very grateful 🙏

The roadside technician was great. For $50, he assessed my flat tire and mounted my spare quickly and professionally. I thought the price was very fair for the service. My major complaint is with the payment method. I was required to give my full credit card details, including the security code, over the phone. To make matters worse, I never received a receipt. This feels like a huge security risk for customers. It's a shame, because the actual service was perfect. But until they implement a secure payment system (like a payment link or in-person terminal), I can't give them a top score.

Everyone was really nice and had the patience of a saint with the one million questions I had. I saw a review saying that if you don’t speak Spanish you won’t get much luck getting help, but I didn’t have that experience at all. Their shop was continuously busy every time I was there and both brothers running it helped me as quickly as possible. Their prices were very fair and very competitive compared to everywhere else that my husband and I shopped around at. They put on a lift, new tires, rims, and a high pressure fuel pump for our truck. We were recommended to them by our neighbors who used them and will continue going to Camerena’s for all of our cars now. Thank you for all of your help!
