You can tell that he actually cares about his job and about making his clients happy! He was kind, patient, and generous. The customer service industry lack this nowadays. In most places you walk in and you can just tell people resent or hate their jobs. Johnny shows otherwise. AutoZone- Trust me, he is an asset. Don't lose him.

★★☆☆☆ I showed the guy the Auto Zone web page of the item I was there to get. He said, "Aisle 3." I asked."Left or right side." He said, "I don't know." I found the item. The online price showed the price of $15, but the shelf tag said the item cost $95. I went back to the same guy and mentioned the issue. He walked to the item and took one to the register and scanned it and said, "That will be $17....", that included the sales tax. He never spoke to me in any fashion that indicated he wanted to be there. I'm sorry if I was a bother to him. He needs to have more training in how to engage customers.
