I showed the guy the Auto Zone web page of the item I was there to get. He said, "Aisle 3." I asked."Left or right side." He said, "I don't know." I found the item. The online price showed the price of $15, but the shelf tag said the item cost $95. I went back to the same guy and mentioned the issue. He walked to the item and took one to the register and scanned it and said, "That will be $17....", that included the sales tax. He never spoke to me in any fashion that indicated he wanted to be there. I'm sorry if I was a bother to him. He needs to have more training in how to engage customers.

Very welcoming staff and very professional service. I would specially like to thank Johnny Valdez for helping me find the correct bulbs for my car. Johnny Valdez was super friendly and helpful and most importantly very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work everyone. You are awesome.
