Have a very unusual modified truck that I needed aligned. Not only were they able to do it but they were very helpful and kind the entire time I was there. Superb service from start to finish! We needed 6 new tires along with Borg extended valves for our 2017 Pleasure Way Plateau motorhome. Manuel and the entire crew at the Southern Tire Mart in Santa Maria, CA provided us with an excellent experience. We are very pleased with the Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tires. All of our many, many questions were readily answered, and time was taken to discuss our RV. We are so happy with the level of personalized service we received that we are now planning on bringing our pickup truck and SUV to STM! Manuel at the front desk was fantastic! He reached out to me before starting any work on my truck. He explained everything about the issue with my brakes in clear detail, and the prices were really reasonable. They were the cheapest of all the tire place I called in town. Didn’t feel being taking advantage of with not knowing what my main issue was nor I didn’t feel they didn’t try to up-sale. I was also given an estimate mileage of when to come back for my front brakes. Honesty is the best policy, I will be referring all my family and friends
