When the oil service was completed, they informed me my car had an oil leak but had no idea where it was coming from. My 2013 Ford Escape has never leaked a drop of oil. My Escape also never ran low on oil. I keep a piece of cardboard in my garage to make sure my car is never leaking oil. I had an oil change at the Santa Maria Jiffy Lube on 3/17/25 and now I have a puddle in my garage. As you can see from the photo it is all fresh clean oil on the cardboard and concrete. Update: 3/27/25 I forwarded information requested and I still haven’t received a response from Jiffy Lube.

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. I came in for a smog check and was in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. We’ve been here twice and the service has always been great. We never wait long for the greeter to come out & take our info. And the service guys alwyays come out to talk to you about your vehicle & show you if something needs to be fixed. Granted we’ve always gone for oil changes but they work pretty quick & they have all been very nice & professional.

Wonderful job by a fantastic team!! I just barely got my own car after years of not having one… so when a check engine light for my oil came on I wasn’t sure what it meant… I’ve always heard good things about the jiffy lube in Santa Maria, and boy were they right! They broke down what needed to be done , helped me find the best coupon ( I’m a single mom on a tight budget) and didn’t pressure me to do things that were not a necessity at that time! They even opened my door for me like a trie gentlemen when my car was done and I was set to leave! I most definitely will be going back there for all things car related! I needed oil added to the engine of my car as well as a tire repair. I wasb on my way to work and literally pulled in to see if they could help me and to my surprise they finished in under 15 mins and had me on my way at NO CHARGE and may I add I wasn't late to work either due t to their readiness, efficiency and above all their courtesy ! My most recent jiffy lube experience was not great. I was coming home from a road trip stopped in central California for a break and oil change. They did not bolt the cloth protective cover in properly. Resulting in a flapping sound while driving 50 miles after the oil change. Took it to my local jiffy lube the following day. They had to cut it off as the places where the bolt is supposed to go was too damaged.

The Jiffy Lube Team did a thorough inspection of my 2003 Vehicle. I always have my fluids serviced, brakes replaced, new tires installed, tune ups, and SMOGs at Jiffy Lube. My 2003 Chevy Tahoe just surpassed 200,000 miles and running great. Thank you Devin for going over all the recommendations on my vehicle. I like the fact I can come between oil changes to get my air pressure and fluid levels checked.

Manager took care of me, he checked me in and out. Process was smooth. Good team, very thorough and professional work. Only took about 20 25 mins for the whole process. They preformed the oil change, checked other fluids, topped them off, and even aired up my tires and washed my windows. Will definitely be coming back. Good work team.

Prices are way too high.the service was okay. It would have been better if you clean the windows. For a place with 4 people working and only one vehicle being serviced, this is not worth the $ 97.95 I paid for conventional oil. I will never use your business again or recommend it. I have also contacted your company.

This was my first time at this location. I don’t trust that this location actually did the services as they reported they did. For example, I was specifically told that all the fluids were checked and the windshield was washed. The first thing I noticed was that the windshield was not cleaned. If you are going to tell me you are going to do something make sure you do it. It makes me question the other items when you don’t. I also don’t think they actually checked the tire pressure. By itself, the windshield isn’t a big deal. I can clean it myself. It’s the fact that I was told it was done and it wasn’t. I sent the owner the information they requested in the review response and they have not followed up.

Got my car inspected here for uber and lyft 2x 1st inspection said everything was good except replacing tires on the rear result failed and i paid $40, so i ordered the rear set of tires and walmart installed it for me. 2nd inspection (im confident that it will pass as i already replaced the tires) they said my rear right bulb reverse light was not working so they charge me $20 and they will replace it and said it will pass after that. Waited almost 1hr and told me that there was some electrical issues thats why inspection was failed. Good thing i only paid half of inspection price $45. And I came home and inspect the bulbs and it was not properly installed and now it was perfectly working. I dont know what to say about this shop but awful work. Simple work and they can't even do it right. Do better next time 😒

Don’t go here. Overpriced and other places can do it for wayyyy cheaper. Took forever too. My place back home does it in 5 mins and I don’t even have to exit my car. This place had me wait out in the cold until the service was done. Took 30 mins. The while you wait they try to upsell on things you don’t need. I bought new tires 2 months ago and they tried telling me I need new tires! Definitely don’t recommend, go else where

One of the services they explicitly mentioned they completed was not done. They went through a list of all the fluids, tire check etc that they performed however they misrepresented the truth. They specifically told me they cleaned my windshield but they didn’t. It makes me question if they performed the other tasks they stated they did. It makes me not trust this establishment. It’s the principle not the actual cleaning of the windshield that is important. I also don’t think they checked my tire pressure.

Julio definitely went above and beyond in handling the oil issues I had on my Flex. Not only did they find out exactly what it was but actually showed me while it was up in the air. Gives you a real peace of mind on the price of work when YOU believe in the help you're getting. Fixed it and then showed me what was done. The communication on this trip to Jiffylube was unlike any other so I really appreciate your help.
