Wanted to charge me $900 for a simple starter motor swap, with a turnaround time of "a day or two." Not sure how that works when the part is only $175, and that's including the core charge. Went to Mineke, was done in less than two hours, and less than a third of what these guys wanted.

Not Recomended. They overtightning the bolts. and then uses the torque wrench. (Torque wrench is no good after overthightning). big risk of wheels falling off because bolts has a lot of tension and can brake while on the road..

Went to get lower control arms replaced and an alignment done and was told it would take 2 hours. They took an entire day and when I picked up my car, I asked if they did the alignment and the owner said yes. I leave and my steering wheel is not straight so I came back the next day and they started working on it, but found it weird because they didn’t have the machine for the alignment so I though, “oh maybe there’s some kind of machine under.” Nope! They told me that it was fine now and even test drove it and said the steering wheel was fine. I drove off and still have the same problem. I come back to tell them about it and the mechanic from the day before and the 2 mechanics that were doing the alignment are talking amongst each other and staring at me and talk to their boss. The boss tells me that he’s gonna give me credit for the alignment because they did the alignment “manually,” which means they didn’t use the computer/proper equipment which is very dangerous! They operate so unprofessionally and I highly do not recommend going here. I went to Calderon’s instead for an alignment and this is how bad the alignment was after Kings tires “fixed” it.

Will absolutely go back for my mechanical needs... Got a great price on some rims! Got them put on, my leaky tire fixed, and my wonky windshield wiper back to normal free of charge!! And Dude noticed my headlights were foggy and tried his best to hook them up without me even asking!! These guys did their job and than some 👌 I walked away a happy customer 😊 Thanks again.

I went here for an oil change, I was very happy with the service and kindness. They also spent an extensive amount of time checking out my headlights as one was blinking and they discovered that I needed a new driver side headlight assembly. And a nice man there suggested a place where I could get the part and offered to put it in as soon as I received the new part.

Went to go change crankshaft sensor told them 3 times it’s the crankshaft and gave them the part they said yea we could do it for 60 drop off the car and went to the mall came back after 2-3 hours and they haven’t worked on my car told me they’ll get on it they come back with the part and say I thought you meant cam shaft even though I said crankshaft and showed them the part and said they won’t be able to do it today and I’ll have to pay 120 tomorrow if I want it don’t care about the price it’s that they wasted my time THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME

I realized I was ripped off right from the start. After they sold me tires that were no good I came back. They didn't have any tires that were decent and they wanted to sell me a brand new tire. Instead. I go to a used Tire shop to buy used tires not to get upsold with a bait and switch. They told me on the phone they had good tires that was a complete lie. Just to get me to spend my money to find out later. Their tires were no good.

DO NOT COME HERE If you care about your safety, do not come here because they absolutely do not. I purchased a used tire here because I had a flat that couldn't be patched. The next day I get out of work and the tire is flat AGAIN. I go to big brand because it was closest thinking I just had really bad luck and ran over a nail again. They begin the process to patch the hole in the tire and notice there's already a patch there. I didn't run over a nail... there was nothing in the tire. The patch was leaking on the used tire that I had just bought from King's the day prior. I call to tell them the situation and they tell me there is no warranty on used tires so they won't replace even though I have the receipt that says I just purchased it less than 24 hours ago. This place is shady. I am very lucky that the situation did not end up worse because I was traveling to work in Lompoc during a rainstorm and could have been very dangerous. I ended up getting stuck in Lompoc after finishing a long day of work for an extra 3 hours because I had to wait to get the tire replaced. Very stressful situation. Very unnecessary. If they had just been an honest business and not sold me a faulty tire. EDIT*** since this incident two weeks ago, I had another one of the tires that I bought here randomly go flat .. when I went to another tire shop to have it changed. They told me that none of the Lugnuts were tightened on any of my tires, so not only did kings sell me four faulty tires they didn't even tighten them onto the car.

I broke down late in day n I called them, got a quote n they told me to get my car towed there. I droppedy car off around 6 p.m. and they had it ready by noon the next day. My serpentine belt broke n David replaced it.. They were very helpful n took care of me n I paid what they quoted me..I recommend them n I will use these guys for my future vehicle needs..
