My husband took our truck here on recommendation. Asked for an oil change and full inspection, with a print-out of anything that was wrong (the biggest reason we were recommended there). Instead, we got unauthorized work added onto our bill, a new clunking sound, and no diagnostics. !!!!!Don't Shop Here!!!!!

NEGAVTIVE -5 STARS!!! A Disappointing Experience I am deeply saddened and frustrated to write this review about my recent and Last experience at the shop i been going to for years. I took my car in to replace my radiator, but what transpired afterwards was far from routine. The mechanic, Vic, ended up causing significant damage to my car. The damage was so extensive that I was left with no choice but to replace the entire transmission. The incompetence shown by the Owner Abe and Vic was astounding. Not only did they damage my car, but they also seemed unfazed by the extent of the damage they had caused. The professionalism I had hoped for was nowhere to be found. Not only were they unable to identify and correct their mistake, they also lacked the courtesy to admit their fault and offer a viable solution. The only solution was to pay an additional $1,000 for parts and labor for the transmission. While I understand that accidents can happen, it is the responsibility of the auto shop to ensure the errors are rectified promptly and the customer is not inconvenienced. Regrettably, this was not the case here. I was left to handle the aftermath of their negligence, including the hefty cost of a new transmission. In conclusion, I can't recommend this auto shop to anyone!!!! The lack of skilled mechanics, coupled with poor customer service, leads me to question the credibility of this establishment. I hope that no other customer has to go through the ordeal I have experienced. Proceed with caution if you choose to use their services, or better yet, seek an alternative auto shop where your vehicle will be treated with the care and respect it deserves.

Abe was recommended to me from a friend. I drove from Canton because of a recommendation and was not disappointed. I bought the car for my son who needed transportation for college. The car needed major repairs including transmission, brakes and front end work. With the work done at Campau Auto Shop the car is now a solid vehicle which I trust as a safe vehicle for my son. The work was good and the price was fair. Car runs great! Thank you!

Please do not take your car to this shop. This place is a joke. I took my brand new car to them due to only having one issue wrong with the car. Was told it would take 4 hours they had my car 4 days i missed my spring break vacation and work and my aunts emergency surgery. I got my car back 4 days later and there was 16 new things wrong with my car. I will be seeking legal action. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE DO NOT COME HERE. Proof to uploaded within the next hour or 2. They keep calling my phone ridiculing me for leaving a bad review. Well I’m an honest reviewer and the services I paid for were in inadequate and worthy of only 1 star. They will try to intimidate you and won’t allow you to speak. They come up with wild explanations even when there’s proof backing up the opposite.

I’m very disappointed with this garage. The people there are dishonest and unprofessional. They give excuses, show attitude, and don’t communicate clearly about what’s really going on. It feels like they just keep making things up and asking for more money. Even the manager was not honest. Dealing with this place has been frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a very frustrating experience with this garage. The workers are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you choose to pay after the work is done and call to check on your car, they make you feel like you don’t matter because you haven’t paid yet. They’ll basically tell you to wait forever. Even when they say the car is “done,” it’s not properly finished. It honestly feels like they don’t even test drive the car before calling customers. When you question them, they lie to your face and start arguing instead of fixing the issue. I left my car there for alignment, and it’s been a week. Every day they say, “It will be ready tomorrow.” Then when tomorrow comes, they say the next day again. When you call, they claim they’re working on it, but nothing changes. One day they even said they were short-staffed — but I’m paying 100% in full, so that shouldn’t be my problem. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this place if you value your time, money, and honesty.
