We had called our regular copier repair company, they were unable to give us a specific date to come out to repair our Konica Minolta copier. All we could get for an answer was the next few days, making difficult to run our business. We called Mark at Candlewood and he came out the next day. Looked over our machine diagnosed the problem and within a few days we had the part replaced and were back in business. Very happy with the service, excellent response time and professional manner. We will continue to do business with Mark at Candlewood.

Call Candlewood and Mark showed up in 2 1/2 hours to look at my problem. Mark assessed the damage and help me find the parts online for the repair. Mark was straight to the point and explained all my options. After talking about what my business needs are he showed me machines that would be better suited for the volume I do. Under no pressure I bought a printer from Mark for a bit more than Amazon because I wanted his service and warranty program.
