They are to busy and don't need my money. They never return your phone calls or e-mails. It took over a week to get a common Michelin Scorcher tire and another couple of back and forth appointments to have the tire mounted and balanced. They also overfilled the engine oil reservoir by 12 ounces.

This has to be the worst bike shop in Canton Changing a generator on a 82 Harley Sportster Ironhead gear and bolt fell in the engine call them for information because I paid them last year to do work and they told me to take off the primary case in the nut should be there when is the cam cover that needs to be taken off. Took the bike to them a year ago they charged me over $1,700 to fix it to get it charged again now a year later I find out they did not change the generator only the end cap regulator....

If you’re dealing with Al this is a great place other than him roll your eyes and hang the phone up or walk out and come back when you can talk with Al. The guys there think they know bikes but can’t tell you anything about classic or vintage bike parts. Brought a tire on a rim to get dismounted and they came out and said you need a new tire....the tire still had the white line around it and was a few months old. Once again if Al is in or you have to talk to anyone ask for Al if not don’t waste your time.

We have a 2006 Honda Goldwing I called to see how much they charge for NEW TIRES the individual that answered the phone stated that “WE DO NOT WORK ON HONDA GOLWINGS”!! I stated that I don’t need it worked on I just wanted to purchase new tires for it….and in his best RUDE VOICE I was told ….LIKE I SAID WE DONT WORK ON HONDA GOLWINGS !!! When I attempted to ask him can I just bring down the wheels….I WAS HUNG UP ON 😳 so despite what the website claims apparently they DONT WORK ON HONDA GOLWINGS OR SELL TIRES FOR IT!!!!!

Just bought a bike, it needed a back tire. I couldn't find a place to do it till August. Called these guys and was told there is no list, first come first serve. So I brought my 2000 Suzuki Intruder LC in. There were 2 guys ahead of me. My bike was done in less than two hours! The guys are friendly, informative and also pointed out another small repair I needed that I was unaware of. I highly recommend this shop!

Just had a rear tire put on today, by the great guys at Canton Cycle, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. In my opinion, they went above, and beyond just getting me back on the road. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Keeping my money in the pockets of "Mom & Pop shops" is very important to me, and these guys totally earned both my business, and my respect.

They do not communicate with you at all about your bike or parts, and they rip you off. I had tires put on my bike and specifically asked for my old ones back cuz they were in great shape and they didn't give them back at all. Horrible place and super expensive

My husband was in on 4/15- he purchased a Shinko front tire and also had it mounted and balanced. The service that day was fine. The problem came when he went home to put the tire on the bike and it was wobbling and just not right. He took the tire off again and took it to a local dealership for them to look it over since we live about 45 minutes from Canton Cycle and they said that the tire was bad. He then called Canton Cycle and was told no problem just bring it back in and they would replace it- so on 4/20 he took the tire back in and he was bullied and was told there was nothing wrong with the tire and they would not replace it and he was treated with much disrespect. Out of last resort to not be out of $176 I told him to call the manufacture of the tire, Shinko and see what they recommended and see if they could offer a solution since we have a receipt of purchase of a brand new but unusable tire. They did not hesitate to send a new tire, but also some extras for our inconveniences. Since we have gotten the tire directly from the manufacturer and had it mounted and balanced and put back on the bike it rides smooth and perfect- which goes to prove the tire purchased from you was in fact bad. Whoever he spoke to and dealt with wanted nothing to do with the issue and whoever looked a the tire that day clearly did not know what they were looking at. Same goes for the day that it was purchased and mounted and balanced- it should have never left your facility the way that it did. If another dealership tech can spot that it was a bad tire within minutes I can assume that any good technician could as well. I am assuming it also was no fault of your staff as sometimes you get bad and faulty parts but the fact that nobody cared to make it right was the problem and we were going to be out almost $200 is ridiculous. To get the new tire mounted and balanced it costed $60 and that is on top of the $176 we already paid to you.

I had a valve stem leaking on a bike I had just purchased over the weekend. Of course with the excitement, I wanted to ride right away. It was weathered and unsafe for long rides. Every other shop wanted to schedule me 2-3 weeks out. Usually that would be fine, but with a new bike I really wanted to ride. I called them as soon as they opened Monday Rich said drop it off when you can and well fit it in. I dropped the bike off at noon on Monday expecting it to take a few days. I went ahead and requested both stems and oil change be done for peice of mind. They called me that same day at 330 to tell me the bike was ready to be picked up. They also advised of condition on all other components. You could tell the tech really looked it over. When I picked up the bike AL was happy to check me out even though I was right at close and we had to get the bike out of the garage. He never made it seem like I was an inconvenience and the price was very fair. No surprises, no up charges, no frustrations. You guys were awesome and I couldn't be happier with the experience! WELL DONE AND I WILL BE BACK!!!! Your service was top notch - start to finish and I rode my bike home in confidence that it was done correctly.

Although primarily Harley oriented, they do equally excellent work on NHD (non-harley-davidson) bikes. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad a friend of mine suggested Canton cycle Specialty! I have had nothing but frustration with a certain "Dealer". I called 2 days before we left for Sturgis and spoke with AL. what a gem, he knew exactly what I needed and said they had them in stock! I stopped on my way home and got what I needed plus he was determined to find the exact unknown air filter. From now on this is who I call first. I also got the perfect helmet for a fantastic price.
