I scheduled an oil change online, and received two confirmations, so I must have accidentally scheduled 2 appointments. I immediately called in to cancel one, and was told they wouldn’t even be able to get my car in anyhow. I was told their online booking allows you to schedule appointments even if they have no appointments available. I agreed to reschedule with the person on the phone for the following week. She asked if I would be waiting for my car or dropping off, and I said I would wait. When I went in for my rescheduled appointment, I was told they couldn’t promise it would be completed by end-of-day, and the car might need to be left for the next day. I said I had planned to wait when I booked the appointment, didn’t have a ride home, and therefore I had to cancel the appointment. As I was leaving, other customers were parking and walking in, and I wondered if they would receive the same inconvenient news I did. It seems their scheduling system is horribly flawed and inefficient. I never had the scheduled work done on my car, but will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.

Had my tires replaced here, they had to cut off my lugnut because they didn't have the key for it. They put 1 silver lug on each tire instead of black to match the others, told me I could bring it back and get matching ones put on but when I went back there was a new manager who wouldn't honor what the old manger said. Also, they originally put the wrong size tires on and i had to go back and get the correct size, for free. My son had a flat, they told us he needed a new valve stem, the day after they fixed it he had a flat again, turns out the tire had dry rot that they missed. They do have fair prices, might not get the job done right the first time though.

I couldn’t recommend this place less. I took my car here in the past 5x for the same exact issue everytime. After 5x, I learned my lesson to not take my car there for any serious car problems. Took my car somewhere else and they fixed it the first time with no issue. I decided it is hard to mess up an oil change but was wrong once again. Made an appt. for 2pm on a weekday and was told it wouldn’t be a problem to wait for it as they were pretty open. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my car to not even get taken back yet. They have done this to several of my friend/family members as well. I will absolutely never go here again.

went to get a tire fixed/get new rear tires bc they were so bad. ive been here two and a half hours and im still waiting and my truck hasn’t been touched

Scheduled a 9 o'clock appt months ago to get an oil change, coolant flush and tire rotation. Dropped the car off at 830 that morning. Came back at 2 pm and it wasn't even touched. They said they were short staffed but somehow many people got ahead of my vehicle.

Tuesday, my 93-year-old father waited over 2 hours for an oil change. His APPOINMENT was at 3:00. He wasn't home until way after 5:00 for a 20 min oil change. What kind of people let an old man sit in the waiting room that long? Zero integrity.

Had to wait a week to second a second visit because their techs told me I stripped out the mechanism for letting down the spare tire. They were looking at a frame nut, not the actual tire release. I'm not a mechanic and I could figure that out no problem. People at front counter were rude and unhelpful.

I am VERY disappointed in the service we received. The wrong tire was replaced on my wifes vehicle and she was billed 20.00 for a patch that was never patched. Way too much information about our experience to put on here. I called Conrads twice and left a message and asked for a phone call to discuss this matter and nothing. We won't be back.

This will be my last time using Conrad’s on fulton rd-Jackson Twp.I made an appointment for a car alignment at 12:30 with the assurance that it would be done by 3:00. I even told them if it wasn’t possible I would make it on another day. Dropped car off at 12:15 and went back at 3:00 and car had never been touched. I have purchased tires and had other repair work done previously, but this will be my last time using their store.

I called on Friday and made a Monday appointment to get tires put on. I picked out the tires I wanted. The person I spoken to on the phone ordered them for me. When I got there on Monday they told me they couldn’t find the tires, they had my appointment in the system however. Then they said they arrived on Saturday but whoever ordered them didn’t put a hold on them so they sent them to another store. They kept asking me who I did the order with because they couldn’t see. Which is a lie. Unless they have some incredibly odd purchase ordering system they should be able to see who made the order in their system. Tried to sell me on another tire from another brand. Not the one I ordered. Will not do business with Conrad’s again.

My tires were supposed to be installed on Monday Oct 26. The tires were not available and I had to reschedule my appointment. The service writer was talking so fast I couldn't understand him. The store was busy, but, slow down and explain the services and charges. I got 4 new tires installed. The tires and installation is a reasonable value. The tire road Hazzard warranty is outstanding and well worth the cost of $13 per tire. Overall a good experience and a good value.

8AM alignment appt. When I gave my keys, they said about an hour. I waited, & waited, & waited. At 10AM my car still hadn't moved from the parking lot. I called an independent shop who said they could squeeze me in. I left Conrad's, got in and out of the competitor's shop quickly, and for considerably less than Conrad's price, even with their 10% discount. First and last visit to a Conrad's

Terrible service. Made an appointment for an alignment as I was told to do for 2:00. Arrived a few minutes early, checked in and was told the car would be right in. At 3:30 the car was still in the lot. At 2:40 I asked when it was being pulled in and was told right then the service bay was opening up then. At 3:00 was still in the lot, I got my keys and left. They did apologize , but no explanation. Why require appointments, if they are not followed.?Customer next to me told them she had a piece of metal sticking out of her tire. She was told they looked and there was none. She again told them there was metal, she saw it. They rechecked and surprisingly there it was. She was told the tech did not raise the tire up to look he just looked eye level at the tire. A friend was there several weeks ago to have a tire checked, had an appointment and waited 3 hours to get an answer. Why make appointments? I would not recommend this Conrads to anyone. .

I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and alignment check for last week. I was notified ahead of appointment that they were short staffed and would need my car all day or I could reschedule. I rescheduled for today at 8:00 a.m. so being proactive I called yesterday to confirm the appointment and verify my car would be done by 11:00 a.m. for pickup. I was told it would not be a problem. We called 15 minutes before 11 to verify it was done, well they never started any work on my car. I told them do not start on it as I would go elsewhere. At one time I would bring all 3 of my cars here for service but that ends today. Poor scheduling and communication even after telling me it would be done. Very poor way to conduct business.

Poorly run. I had issues with taking my vehicles in and then being very adamant that additional work needed done and then needed done ASAP but like anyone I took it to a real mechanic and they said there was no signs of that work needing done so that’s an issue. Then you make an appointment for an oil change at a set time you arrive with your vehicle there at that time and are then told it’s going be at least an hour and a half to two hours before they can get you in plus the labor time. When asked why they even bother taking appointments, they showed no concern , no anything just so what. I don’t understand how you have an appointment system when you can’t honor the appointment . people plan their day around things like this and then just no concern for your time. Reading through countless other recent reviews this seems to be the trend with them.

I had an excellent experience at Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and the pricing was fair. My car feels great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend.
