Absolutely the worst. I was involved in a hit and run back in May and it's been 2 months with minimal communication. My insurance company are the ones who sent me to them because they were "reliable" and that was a huge joke. I told them back in May I want to get my car fixed and they told me they were going to order parts for my car. A week later I call back and Noone answers the phone. June rolls around and still no answer on the phone so I contacted my insurance. They finally called me back in the middle of June for me to tell them AGAIN I'm ready to get my car fixed, they told me they will order the parts and in a week my car can be worked on. The following week I try to call back and guess what.... NO ANSWER. So I contacted my insurance again and my insurance couldn't get through. No worries though because I'm now working with a completely different collision shop who are talking to me and answering the phone. I would steer clear from them if you want any work done on your vehicle. * Unprofessional *Can't communicate * disrespectful 10/10 will not recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. The repair of my 2025 Ford Explorer, which was in the possession of Liberty Ford’s collision center from October 2025 through February 2026, after a tree fell on it.. While the vehicle has finally been returned after a four-month delay, the state of the "completed" repair and the ongoing lack of communication are unacceptable. Primary Issues of Record: • Failure of Timely Performance: Despite the vehicle being received four months ago, there was no definitive timeline provided for completion throughout the process. This delay significantly exceeds reasonable industry standards for collision repair. • Communication Lapses and Administrative Negligence: There is a documented failure by the Liberty Body Shop staff to maintain professional communication standards. Specifically: o Failure of Due Diligence: The facility attempted to contact a telephone number that has been inactive for nearly a decade while neglecting to utilize the current secondary contact information provided. o Unauthorized Delays: Despite having possession of the vehicle for nearly three weeks, Liberty Ford failed to seek the necessary verbal authorization to commence repairs. This delay was erroneously attributed to my insurance provider, shifting the burden of internal administrative oversight onto the consumer. o Contradictory Information: Information provided by staff has been inconsistent, unprofessional, and often conflicts with the terms of the initial service Guaranty. • Lack of Internal Coordination: There is an evident breakdown in the Operating Agreement between the service and administrative departments. The "right hand" does not know what the "left hand" is doing, leading to a "run-around" regarding the status of parts and labor. • Liability and Financial Impact: While Liberty Ford and my insurance provider offer conflicting accounts of the delay, I was forced to fund a rental vehicle out-of-pocket once my 30-day insurance Guaranty expired in November. Post-Repair Deficiencies and Quality Control Failures: Upon finally receiving my vehicle back after four months, I discovered that the "completed" work was substandard and the vehicle was returned in a hazardous and neglected state: • Safety and Cleanliness Issues: Residual shattered glass was found throughout the interior, specifically in the door compartments, on the third-row seats, and within the center dash compartments. • Damaged Components: The inner A-pillar cover was returned broken. • Broken Promises and Continued Neglect: At the time of pickup, I was advised that a new part for the A-pillar would be ordered and that I would be contacted immediately. I have now had possession of my vehicle for a week and a half and have yet to hear from Liberty Ford regarding this part. Conclusion: This experience reflects poorly on the standards expected of a Ford Motor Company representative. The lack of follow-through after such an extensive delay is profoundly unprofessional. I expect a formal Letter of Intent regarding the immediate resolution of the broken A-pillar and a detailed explanation for why the vehicle was returned with safety hazards (glass) still present in the cabin.
