These guys are good. Friendly, no nonsense guys that are good at what they do. Everytime I damage my dump trailer I pull it right over to Zieglers and they get it in and out quick with top quality work. Along with my trailer I take my truck there for pretty much everything as well. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

I had my RV tires aligned, and while putting hub caps back on, a stem was broken. They immediately fixed my stem. After leaving and driving 2 hours, my stem was leaking and I had a flat. They sent a truck and service tech named Scott to my RV 2 hours away. Scott was amazing and brought a new tire, and apologized for the inconvenience. Great service and Scott was a great representative for the business. Thank you for your help!

I blew a hub bearing right at 77 and Cleveland Ave, I managed to get off freeway after taking tire off trailer, didn't want freeze it, caught it quick. So I pulled into Ziegler and Scott welcomed me with open arms in the parking lot. I picked up bearing and Scott the mechanic had it on in a jiffy. All in all it took about 1hr. Amazing customer service experience, thank you very much. Great knowledgeable mechanic. Outstanding!!!

My wife and I (plus our 80lb dog) were on our way down to NC and got a flat. I called to see if they had my tire size - they didn’t have it in stock at the store, but Jeff offered to drive to their warehouse where they had one. While we waited for our tire to get changed out, they let our dog wait in the store to stay out of the heat. The change out took less than 30min, and the price was very affordable. Thanks for helping us out!

Would not recommend two old guys behind the desk rude told me that it would be a few moments to get my tire put on and have been sitting here for 3 1/2 hour I asked questions and got brushed off they don't deal with women very well!!

As my opinion this business provides shitty service. They did shitty alignment on my truck. So I have not even tread ware on my tires. And they don't have balancing machine in working condition.

Driving to Canton, OH from Virginia, I had a flat front tire due to a cracked tire wheel. The tire was unfixable, and the tire wheel need to be replaced. Mark G. took the time to call many dealers from multiple locations/states to find a new tire wheel as well as the special Pirelli tire for my car. He provided exceptional service and was a good man to deal with. We had to leave the car there for a day and got a rental car nearby. The manager Josh L. was very kind in driving us to the rental car place. Both Mark and Josh are proofs that good people exist. THANK YOU!

It's time for me to get new tires all the way around my truck again I had a reminder sent to me from Zeigler which is all good but my last experience and put a gentleman on my truck that I actually didn't know what he was doing, and he ruined the inserts on my back wheels. Ziegler was excited to take care of the issue, but eventually swept under the carpet. over a period of time they said I could come pick them up and let them know that I was out of town. If they could possibly mail them to me, I would be willing to pay the postage did you know Raul's should be there responsibility, but I was willing to do it now. Can't get a word out of them very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I guess you could add selfish but anyway I want people to know I know it's not important to them. It's just a rating but at least I spoke my mind. Like I said it's time for new tires now the point is where do I get them bad experience Unprofessionally handled

I have a Dodge Ram 1500 with a 6" lift, 35" tires and she was all over the road. Made an appointment with Ziegler, they got me in quickly and did the alignment. They had a nice waiting area and had coffee ready for the customers. About an hour later they were done. The gentleman at the counter printed off a paper for me to show me the alignment before and after, it was substantially out of line apparently (that is why I was there lol!). The price was the best in town as far as I'm concerned. Driving out of there I felt like I was driving a brand new truck. They did AMAZING. I am SO GRATEFUL. Winter driving will be much easier thanks to them.
