Excellent, helped me for 20 minutes to remove rattling heat shields and fix a cracked factory hanger. Ford dealer told me it was an internal problem due to resonator delete, they are idiots. Quality fixed it fast and got me on my way. Very honest and good people.

The crew at Quality Muffler has been at my Fleets side for years. Where they have your best interest in mind, out of Canton, Ohio they are the best, and I mean the best in Ohio. They dont try upselling. They only fix the true problem, as should all companies. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THERE MAIN GOAL and they do great at it!

Went in to get a partial muffler replacement, super nice and informative people, showed me exactly what was wrong. Said they could have the part in in a couple hours and I could come back or come first thing in the morning, which is what I did. They put it on in 15 minutes, showed me all their work and answered other questions on other concerns I had. I would highly recommend and I would definitely return. prices are fantastic!

I've been here 3 different times with my Buick and now my Honda needing new mufflers. They got it in at a great price. I just left today needing another part replaced. It got done faster than I thought and again at a great price. Extra work was done at no extra cost also (I really appreciate it). A very nice reasonably priced shop. I had come in today with my 98 Lexus Es300 to have my catalytic converter patched. Their technician/mechanic James was very friendly, knowledgeable and was honest about what was going on with my car. Helped me with the best possible solution for my car, and was proficient and efficient in his work. I will be back again in the very near future to have more work done on my vehicles. Came here with my own custom muffler and I talked to one of their guys for a minute about putting the muffler on. They had me pull my car in, and they installed it in about 20-25 minutes, and didn't charge me anything for it! I highly recommend this place and I will for sure be coming back here for future work.

I went in the shop about 3:45 on Friday afternoon, showed them a picture of where my exhaust had rusted thru, they said $80 and we can fix it. Got the car there around 4:15, done in about 15-20 minutes, and they even welded a bracket on to hold up muffler where I had a coat hanger holding it up. Great service!

Very happy to have been referred to Bobby and his team. They are a no nonsense group that are very upfront about what the issue(s) are and whether they can fix it for you. I was given a couple of options for my vehicle and the price was more than fair. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business. I also witnessed them helping out a young couple while I was there for free to help get them back on the road. Great people. If you call and they don't answer - its probably because they are so busy. This is one of if not the best muffler shop in Ohio. 100% honesty and great work to match. Their prices are excellent and selling you something you dont need is not part of their business. Ive had them save numerous parts stating part not needed just quick weld. I have bought and will continue to buy every muffler from here now and I have sent numerous ppl to this shop because you dont find this kind of business around much these days. You can send your wife in with zero worries these guys are legit and the best!
