On Saturday January 18, we were heading from our house in Willoughby down to Athens to bring our daughter back to school. I was driving my daughter’s car, and about an hour into the drive on I77 South, the car died. Battery and alternator failure. Had to get the car towed off of the freeway, and the AAA tow truck driver suggested Tire Source. I called them from the freeway and explained the situation, and they said they would take a look at it and we’re open to 3pm that Saturday. Had the car towed there and followed them to the Shop. They quickly diagnosed the issue and said they’d try to have it done that day while we waited. After a short wait, we were back on the road! So pleased with the quick service provided by the professionals at Tire Source! Would definitely recommend!

Went in with a tire with a slow leak. Was told it was not repairable. So I'm stuck. Then alignment. No opportunity to compare shop. In a situation like that you always wonder how bad you've been taken advantage of.

I would not recommend this shop. My wife received a call today from a guy that works here stating the car is done, also didn’t know why it was still sitting here and was just treated very rudely on the phone. The fact I had to go in to figure it out is ridiculous. That is not how u treat customers. Wife didn’t even wanna call back in to deal with the guy. Instead of guiding her through the process, the staff seemed unsure of what to do and offered no real assistance. When someone’s already stressed from an accident, the last thing they need is attitude and confusion from the place that’s supposed to help. We ended up taking our business elsewhere. Needs a whole new tire rim and brakes fixed. States everything’s fine. Was not fine on the way home.

I stopped at this location on Saturday to get my oil topped off in my vehicle. Due to the age of my vehicle it burns alot of oil. My oil was 1 and half quart low. When I went to pay for my oil the manager wouldn't let me pay and said it was free. This location the staff and manager are professional and always willing to help. I definitely recommend doing business with this store. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!! IT SHOWS

I called their place at noon on a Friday for an oil change and they got me in at 1pm that same day. I got there early about 12:45. I watched the Olympics while they worked on my car. But I noticed through the glass wall that they were rotating my tires. They also completed a 64 point inspection. I was very happy. Then I get a text explaining i had an issue with my car. The technician in charge of my car came out explaining the issue and even taking me under the car to see the problem for myself. They gave me an estimate which was reasonable and comparable to others. When it was time to pay the bill I was shocked at the price! Much lower than than what I was used to paying in North Canton. I plan on going back to have the work completed as soon as I can save the money.
