At the last minute, I called Rob to check my car out, because it was wasn't driving properly due to the fact that Ken Ganley Kia in Medina put on new tires, but never did a "speed balance" like they claim they did way back in June of 2022. So on the spirt of the moment, he said he could take a look at it. Not only did he do that, but then everyone in shop was fixing the problem. Thank you guys so much for taking the time at the last minute to help me out. Very courteous and great attitudes. Would highly recommend and come back. 10 out of 10 in my book.

I have been here twice and find Rob to be honest and fair. He easily could have exaggerated a problem I had with my car but he didn't. I know that I will eventually have to have the part replaced but thanks to his honesty, I can wait a little longer. I will definitely go back when that time comes. Also, I like that Rob keeps his word and responds to messages and communicates throughout the repair, as needed. Wish I knew about him sooner!

Slow because of it being a small business. Someone got COVID and it was just the boss himself working. Took longer than expected by a few days, also had to walk to get gas because he thought it was empty. He didn't realize the gas tank wasn't reading because of the computer chip being blown, until he fixed it. I understood. Sucks after having the computer chip replaced, costing $20, the issue of it not starting was solved...however, now the radio doesn't work (and did prior to being fixed). He suggests it's another blown fuse. Whatever, I'll get to it eventually I guess. 😂 Decent place. Still highly recommend Vans Auto on 62, quickest, friendly, and has never screwed me over!
