Received my Honda Pilot back, side rear quarter panel was hit, got my car back..and noticed later at home a side trim piece was missing. Also the rubber gasket around my door was falling off. After looking at it closer..all the rubber knobs on the door gasket have been broke off and they didn’t replace it. Rubber trim falls off my door every time I get in it. Absolutely poor work. Now I’m trying to get them to fix my car correctly and it’s been such a pain. Eric always says he will call me back but doesn’t. Poor work and Eric doesn’t seem to care about if the customer is happy. I won’t be using this place again.

Very disappointed. I took my vehicle to this place at the beginning of June. They promised me to get work done by the end of June. My boyfriend and I were patiently waiting and driving a rental car which was available for a limited time. It's almost end of July and the work is not completely done. Today we came back hoping to get work done. They were supposed to put some parts back but they didn't. Instead of that they vacuumed our car inside that we could've done and said that they didn't have some parts. So, now we have to come back again for these parts.

The administrative assistants attitude is kind of harsh.. brash. Definitely not friendly and this is my second time at this place. They made excuses about contact based on phone problems. I stated to my adjuster, use your cell phone. He stated that he doesn't use his cell phone for business, he pays for minutes. Then began to get frustrated and inform me that his Mom was in hospice. I understand that,and I empathize. However, I did not expect that and did not feel good about that issue being handed to me. The manager or supervisor came to speak with me and he was very nice and I liked him. The whole situation was kind of weird. I don't walk into an establishment and give them excuses on why I can't afford or why I can't do what I need to do. I am there for reason and my life problems is not the business's problem. I had to return my car back for follow up and that was a good experience, lol. Kempthorn has been around for a long time and I respect the business that's why I went there. The service department is great, however collision has some stuff to work on That's my review.

Overall I am very unsatisfied with my Kempthorn experience and so far it isn't even done. We were told they'd have our vehicle for 4 to 5 days initially. That was on Monday the 10th of April. It is now the 18th and the vehicle still is not done. I called in on Friday the 14th to inquire about the status of the repair. I was told it was in the paint shop, would be put together and done by end of Monday and ready for pickup on Tuesday. I was fine with this because my wife had an appointment nearby so that would save us an extra hour round trip. Tuesday afternoon I called in for an update because nobody had called me Monday. I am transferred to a gentleman that said it wasn't done as expected on Friday and that it would "probably be tomorrow". I asked why I was told it was being done when I called Friday. He said "the guys are working as hard as they can". He had a very poor attitude. I said "we are paying for a rental and you keep delaying". He then proceeded to argue with me that my insurance should be handling that. I wasn't going to argue (my insurance pays for a standard car but I am not putting my wife in a little car, I want her in something she's used to (she drives a Yukon XL). Overall I am troubled by the poor service, if their work is anything like their customer service we will be having a big problem.

Shop is very nice and modern and when we finally received the vehicle back the repairs were acceptable, however that is where the positive ends. Minor repairs took more than 3 weeks and several excuses. Originally told 5-6 days and all parts were already ordered when I dropped it off but then when I called for an update the following week I was told the parts were ordered that day and then experience several “shipping delays” along the way, however I believe the problem is at the shop. Aric did not seem concerned about these delays and the inconvenience being caused. Receptionist was unfriendly and rude every time I was there or called and just didn’t seem to be attentive at all when I was speaking.

I was recommended to them by Geico after I was in a car accident. Everyone there was super friendly, helpful, and professional. They called for my rental and made sure it was there, kept me updated on the status of my repairs, and when they would be done. My car looked fantastic and they went above and beyond and cleaned the entire car inside and out. I would recommend them for sure! Great service and great people!!! 5 out of 5!

I was in a little fender-bender a few weeks ago that crushed my rear bumper and hatch. The insurance company of the other party recommended Kempthorn Collision Center. I was taken well care of from the minute I walked in to the the minute I pulled my car out yesterday. Bernie was informative and gave me all the answers needed and followed the timeline he gave me. My car looks great. They even detailed it more me. Awesome. I would highly recommend Kempthorn.

Considering the circumstance, Kempthorn and Bernie Rossetti were absolutely stellar and a pleasure to work with! They stayed in constant communication with me throughout the repair process and did an excellent job in the repairs and restoration of my vehicle. I really couldn’t ask for more. Now USAA Auto Insurance? Well that’s just a whole nother story! Unnecessarily challenging, frustrating and totally unaccountable! I would highly recommend Kempthorn!

We were instructed by insurance company to come here. The customer service personnel were pleasant. The service horrible. They had our vehicle for almost 2 months reasons from can't get parts, parts fell off a rack ,wrong parts. We needed the light assembly repaired. Got it home the new lights installed didn't work the car overheated because something wasn't tightened. Had to be towed bqck to collision center to complete repair. Avoid if possible unless you don't need your car right away. Would not recommend.

I took my car in June 12th for them to have the car for 7-10 days. 2 weeks passed and it still wasn’t done. I called several times for them to give me a new estimated date on my car and it was always “should be done in about 5 days”. On August 2nd, they were finally done with my car, or at least we thought, but it wasn’t fixed so we took it back. They finally gave the car back today on August 11th, but there are still scratches on my car. They did a terrible job. It was sad that I paid for it to be fixed and had to wait nearly 2 months for my car to not even be back in the shape it used to be. Very disappointed.

They took much longer than they said, although I will give them the fact that they started to pay for my rental a week after I had to start paying for it. They didn’t even fix it properly. It’s still not aligned. There’s definitely something wrong still despite their claim that it was fixed. Communication was terrible, everything was last minute, and although I didn’t expect it to be cleaned, they said it would be “detailed inside and out” and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t. Definitely do not recommend.

We went to them for an estimate, which our insurance company approve. Took multiple messages, and finally a call to the GM, to get them to return call and set up an appointment. Then, when we go to pick it up, we find out they charge a 3% kicker if paying by credit card. There was nobody at the front desk, after a few minutes had to yell to get anybody's attention. Then, when we reviewed the work, the tailgate was not properly aligned. The brought it out twice and acted like it was perfect, yet the naked eye could see the gap difference. Would recommend any place but this shop. All the signs of a place going out of business.

Repair your car anywhere else but here .My car is currently 10 days past estimated pickup time, I’ve had to initiate all calls for a new estimated completion date. Day after day I’ve been promised it will be finished the following morning, it hasn’t been yet. Communication is poor, and voicemails do not get returned. This shop’s dishonesty has proven to me that I should trust personal recommendations moreso than my insurance’s preferred shop. If you’re coming here because you expect integrity, follow through on completion dates and decent communication, don’t. I still don’t have my vehicle back and have no doubt this will prolong the process out of spite, but this behavior is unacceptable.( they offered me 250 $ off of my deductible, not to right their wrongs but under the condition that I remove this review , I declined )
