Went in for 4 new tires. They of course gave me a long list of things that they said we're bad on my car. They said I needed all new brakes. I had literally replaced all of the brake pads and rotors the weekend before. Without touching the car you can see my shiny new rotors. They also recommend that I replaced all of my wheel hubs. I had replaced 3 of the 4 wheel hubs before they got the car. When I mentioned this to the guy at the desk, his response is "well these are just recommendations." The estimate of work they gave me was for over $3k. Clearly they lie. I will be taking my business else where in the future.

Took my truck in for an alignment after several other shops were unable. I ended up at the exact right place! There were 2 options. One time 12 month alignment for $120 or lifetime alignment for $190. I chose lifetime because I intend on driving this truck for many more years and this is Ohio so roads are not always ideal. They said I can bring it and have my alignment checked after 6 months or so. I prob won't go every 6 months but def every year I think. This is tremendous value and one I did not expect. Real happy knowing I can get it checked if I hit something bad for a very long time. They also recommended against rotation due to the alignment causing uneven wear. I'll prob buy one tire in Fall and then rotate. Great customer service.

Michelle has helped me with different issues that I have had! I've gotten all 4 tires, brakes, and my oil changes done there! I love that I can trust my Jeep with getting what needs done done!! And not having to worry, especially about my oil changes, as I've had to replace motors from getting my oil changed incorrectly at other garages in years past!!

I brought my vehicle in for an issue with misfiring, and was assured the issue was taken care of. 20 minutes into getting my vehicle the check engine light came back on with misfires, and two days later the engine light has begun to blink again. I can no longer entrust the vehicle to this company and would like a full reimbursement of my money since they were not honest enough to admit they could not fix the issues I brought it in for. To quote Mr. Firestone from the wall of this shop, "I believe fundamental honesty is the keywtonw of business." There has been nothing honesty about my last visit. I am deeply disappointed that I am having to go to someone else to try and fix the issue that I was assured was already taken care of.

Don’t waste your time. I had them put in a new set of tires once and the weights they used to balance the wheels came off. I made an appointment to have that fixed, a tire rotation and an oil change at 9am on a Thursday. At 10:20am after them not even pulling my truck in yet, I left. 3 other people in the waiting room said the same thing; they were there on appointments and were 1.5-2 hours waiting and their vehicles hadn’t been attended to. Terrible customer service and poor time management. I will never be back.

As a Firestone cardholder, I find this place to be the ABSOLUTE worst tire shop in Ohio. The employees are uneducated and we have issues every time we leave with the parts they fix. Avoid

Yikes, stay away.We made an appointment early in the AM to drop off the car to get some new tires.They said come back in 4 hours, so we did.The car is still in the parking lot, not touched yet.waiting to speak with someone, and we realized they were allowing walk-ins to take priority over appointments.We waited until the end of the day, and they were literally rushing to get our car done because they had allowed so many walk-ins to get ahead of us.told us we could leave the car overnight, and I wasn't going to hear that crap.Told them I was staying until we had our car.Even then, they forgot to check the alignment (which we paid for), so they did the alignment.Folks, respect your customers.

Aggravated. I made a 3:00 appt with specific instructions for 2 tires (ordered 2 days previously) and an alignment (lifetime). Dropped off the car and walked to a nearby coffee shop to wait. While there I called to ask about the proration. The man at the desk said that it hadn’t been calculated yet. At 5:00 I walked back to the store and noticed that my car was still on the lift. I got in line to ask about my vehicle and they said they were waiting for me to proceed. They wanted to know if I wanted my sensors replaced - a question I had answered when I made the appointment. No call just waiting. I finally got out of the store at 6:20. Three hours for an appointment for two tires and an alignment. Not happy with the service - the lack of communication is unacceptable.

You’ve got an amazing team. I don’t know the name of the front counter person that closed for you Saturday evening (10/18), but he was amazing. Older guy in the front told us that a punctured tire couldn’t be fixed because the nail went into the sidewall, which is totally understandable. We ordered a new tire and they stated it should be ready within a day or two. Each time we called we were told “I don’t know where your tire is, it should’ve been here today.” Working in a customer based environment, you should never state “I don’t know the answer to your question.” After haggling this guy over the phone on day 2, he put us on a long hold and said he found the tire. He clearly didn’t want to do his job, and if that’s the case, don’t work there. Wouldn’t recommend due to customer service. This place sucks.

Never for tires! I bought Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2 winter tires from here and they installed them(4 tires). I had been told that everything is set and so I picked my car up from the place. I told them that I will get my summer tires back with me but they were giving me another person’s summer tires instead?! I told their mistake and they got my tires back from their piles! And the tires are not 2025 but 2022 made! Later the same day I tried the tires, which are 2022 made not 2025 as they said, which were off on balance. I called the shop and came the next day for balancing. Dropped the car and got called back as it’s ready to be picked. I came and picked up the car and tried the tires’ balances on the highway and again, the balance was off for the second time! Now I came for the third time for my tires’ balances to get done! They will make you cost more and will cost you time! So, be aware!

Dropped my car off in the early AM, didn’t hear back from the for 2 days. When I called a few hours before closing they said they had no update on my car, I decided to go to the store and wait about an hour and a half before they closed, said it’d be another hour for the alignment. They tell me my car is done when I go to pay it seems way to cheap turns out they forgot do the OIL CHANGE!!! MY MAIN REASON FOR THE APPOINTMENT!! 2 days for alignment and a balance I wouldn’t go back here

Asked them to look underneath my car because I hear a creaking noise when driving and they told me everything looked fine and they didn’t hear anything well I took it somewhere else today because I had a feeling something was off and they didn’t mention seeing this to me, not sure how they missed it but I’m glad I went somewhere else to double check
