MAE Collision did a fantastic job on my truck repairs. From start to finish they were very communicative and kept me updated and answered all my questions. They were able to get started on my vehicle right away instead of the 3 week waiting time every where else was quoting me. This was huge since my insurance only covers 24 days of rental car. The truck looks just as good if not better than before the accident. I would recommend MAE to anyone and if I have a need in the future they will definitely be getting my business again.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING....I went there to have my driver side mirror replaced, Donovan gave me an estimate close to 200 to fix including labor. The mirror took 15-20 mins to fix. I paid the bill then went to car and saw they charged me for 2 hours of labor. When I went back in to get my refund, because I understood charging an hour but not 2, especially at 60 per hrs. Donovan refused and said he gave me a deal and I was paying for the techs service and expertise. They called Richard who is the GM and he refused also, saying that was time for ordering parts etc... Richard then said he was going to call Donovan and again refused to tell me why and hung up on me... Donovan then told me to leave and I want getting my money back. I told him he could call the cops as I have proof you charged me 2 hours for a 15 min job. The only bright spot was the secretary who looked disappointed in Donovan behavior. Ultimately Donovan gave me my money back because as he said he doesn't get paid enough to deal with this.. So please check your bill before paying because they will try to add hours to it...

I had Mae's work on my 4 runner due to left rear collision that needed dent repair and paint repair. They were professional and they did a nice job. It took them five days to repair. When I picked up the car it was cleaned on the outside and detailed on the inside (nice perk).

Very professional, amazing attention to detail, extremely timely and diligent, along with incredible customer service/interpersonal interactions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND ARE AFFORDABLE. A turkey, yes a turkey... flew into our car and took the side mirror off and dented the door panel. We were recommended this shop from a family member and we truly couldn't be happier! The color match is spot on and it looks like nothing ever even happened! They even cleaned the car a bit and got all of the feathers out. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! GO HERE.

MAE collision got my car back together after my front bumper was damaged in an accident! (The picture is from after the bumper was pushed back in but it was hanging on the ground ) They had my car for a month, unfortunately due to having to search and search for parts but let me tell you they did an amazing job with her! Donovan assured me that they would work and do the best that they can to get my car back looking better and they did! My battery had some wearing and needed replaced so they gave me a jump to get to autozone and get a new one and highly suggested I get it done for my safety which was very nice of them! I was going to give a four stars just because my car was with them for so long, and I probably only received one to two calls and had to sort of here through the grapevine from the insurance company about the updates but when I did call for updates, they always were nice and gave me thorough information on what was going on with my car! They were also very helpful with updating enterprise and state farm for the rental I had. Thank you Donovan, Justin, Jenn and the entire MAE collision team for getting my girl back on the road looking good 😎

It’s frustrating whenever you need work on your car whether mechanical or body work. However, it is even more frustrating and stressful when you are in an accident. In the whole process of claims, rental cars, and the entire checklist of things to cover, by far, Mae Collision was the EASIEST part of the process! They were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end in getting my car repaired after my teenager was in an accident. The constant communication, the timely updates to my insurance company, the willingness to answer any questions, and the amazing quality of work has secured me as a customer. They coordinated with everyone on my behalf keeping me abreast on every development, from the tow from the lot to their place to my insurance company to the car rental company. They even fought for an extension on my rental after my insurance company refused to pay. And my car looks like brand new and drives perfectly. Thank you so much MAE Collision crew, Jason & Emily. MAE is excellent. They have always delivered fantastic service and demonstrated their capabilities across a wide range of situations. To someone passing by, it might look like just a small time operation specializing in minor repairs, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. They actually have a large, well equipped workshop with another level added. Whether you just got in a fender bender or you think your vehicle might be totaled, Donovan and his team at MAE will get the job done fast and most importantly, done right at a fair price. I have always gone to MAE for repairs and this time I had my car rear ended on the highway. It doesn't look too bad, but there was more extensive damage under the exterior. I also had a custom piece on my bumper that was part of the ground effects kit. They gave me a fair estimate, and when it was time to order a replacement for the custom part, Donovan found something that was surprisingly cheap, looked great and they didn't even charge me the full cost of the piece. My car was returned to me in excellent condition, seats and interior cleaned and a fresh wash. The previously damaged part of my car looked like it was fresh off the factory line. The team at MAE are professional and they work with you to make sure getting your vehicle fixed is a positive experience.
