They tell you at front door to pull thru the gate an there is only enough room to get to the open door. Where you then ask if they have your size tire. Didn't have my tire. Why cant you get an answer from front desk before you drive back threw there for nothing? He was nice enough to guide me out tho, but No Room to back out. Back n forth many times. It seems as tho all little shops are like this.

If I could give this place a negative I would. After making several appointments and each one I wasn’t able to get my car looked at. I was told to come in today and when I get there they would look at it bc of the issues of not being able to have my car looked at. Well I go into day and the owner was so rude and unprofessional even my dad said he never seen him like that before. I didn’t even say or do anything to derserve the way that man was talking to me. I will longer be bringing my business here or my family after being a customer for over 20+ years.

Ive been there to get tires before the political events and they were kind and considerate. Now that politics are hot and heavy they were not only rude to me on the phone but also in person. Brought my vehicle in to get my power steering checked (helacious leak, I figured it was either hoses or seals); when the young man came out from the shop instead of telling me what the problem was he walked pass me to tell the owner of the shop... The owner isnt paying for the parts and service mind you why in TF would you walk pass the customer instead of telling the customer whats wrong? So on his way back to the auto repair section of the building I asked him what the issue was and he said it was hoses and hed check and see if they could get the parts. Meanwhile since they were so sketch on telling me anything I figured I do one better and look up Rock Auto and there was a list of three different types of hoses: return, rank and pinion transfer, and the pressure hose. I promised myself if he came back out and walked pass me again I would just ask him what kind and tell him Id buy the part myself. Well what do you know.... He walked back out and walked pass me again 😡 At that point I said fkk it and asked him which kind of hose was it, listed the three, at which he told me its the transfer hose, and then I told him I get my parts from Rock Auto (I get them from Car Parts Warehouse and Summit Auto Racing too, but whatevs) The owner got all insulted like 'Rock Auto thats a backyard mechanic blah blah blah ' Well jackaß maybe if your mechanic spoke to me and told me how much it would cost instead of walking pass me twice like a rude butt youd have a sale. Just because Im a woman doesnt mean Im stupid.

I’ve bought several tires off of this business over the past 30 years and have always been pleased with the service and the tires purchased. According to its website, it’s open at 7:30 am on Saturdays. I arrived at 7:50 and the gate was locked and showed no sign of anyone around. I called their number twice and there was no answer or even an answering service. I drove 13 miles to this business only to drive an additional 18 miles to a different tire company to purchase tires. Very disappointed. A suggestion would be to be at work when you say you are or change your online open/closed schedule.

Mr.Milano is one of the best tire men around in the Canton, OH area. He knows everything you will need to know about the tire business. He is a friend and always has a story to tell. Great prices, if the tire you need is not in stock they will have it the next day. You can trust his staff for tire repairs that will be done right the first time.
