Absolutely standup auto repair establishment! They fixed my rattle in the front end (Shocks & Struts) for much less than the Lexus Dealership, and with ten times more courteous service. The lady behind me when I was checking out asked if someone would put air in her tire for her. The gentleman behind the counter did not miss a beat. Told her very kindly to pull her car up to the garage and they would take care of it. How you treat your non-paying customers as well as the paying, I think speaks to the integrity of the shop.

I was referred to this garage, and I am so glad. They are reasonable, quality work, and have a friendly staff. If you need work done no matter what the job, I recommend them. Very Honest, Very Professional I'm from out of state and had to an emergency muffler problem. They squeezed me in to find my problem. Knowing I wouldn't be a regular customer I'm sure some place else could have charged me much more, but they fixed my muffler at a very reasonable price. Also helped with a smaller issue at my request without hesitation. Rich was my contact and was friendly and professional and trustworthy.

This is Alexander, quality of service was excellent. Front desk manager is very friendly, patient, intelligent. Price is good too. Friendly and professional. I came to this service center with miss-fire issues in my car. Miss-fire was a cause/result of few other complex problems and Top Value guys were able to find root cause such as fuel-injector issue, acid build-up residue in spark plugs, starter issues, miss-fire in cylinders etc. These guys have a lot of experience and they seem to outperform all other local places in this field of work. This place was honest, reliable and fast. One of the good things, is that mechanic even placed old parts nicely in boxes back into my car, so that I can bring old starter to parts store to get a rebate. This is very nice and honest work.

We have used Top Value for my truck a few times over the years. Every time was courteous service and a job well done! I would highly recommend them! They aren't out to rip you off. So glad I was guided towards them. They replaced my muffler again - being it was a lifetime warranty, they replaced it with no questions asked. One time I had to have my truck towed in and again GREAT service! Thanks! **edit -- June 2022 -- STILL great service!! Had to have my husbands muffler replaced. Same great service....

Since my truck was out of it's original warranty I wanted to find a place for service and repairs. I had heard good things about this place and they were all true. I had my rear brakes replaced and Gary was very helpful explaining what was going on and showed me the actual parts and why they needed replaced. Very thorough work and excellent pricing. You need not look any further if you need your vehicle repaired. Excellent.

This is Alexander, and I’m beyond impressed with the service I received! The mechanic did an outstanding job replacing the steering wheel shaft in my car. The work was done quickly and with exceptional attention to detail. Not only was the job completed to perfection, but the mechanic also took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The guy's here are amazing and did such a amazing job on having to replace my whole muffler!! I have a muffler that is Japan made so they had to wait alittle bit for it to come in but that was fine. They forgot to get my number and had a old one in the system so the owner actually went above and beyond to find me on fb and got ahold of me that way. I would have eventually called but i thought that was awesome he took the time to do that. I am a patient person and was able to wait also, but once it came they replaced it from front to back and i haven't had any issues. I was also recommended to come to them from my dealership as they was way more reasonably priced then them!! I highly recommend coming to them for services. Please keep being great!!
