I had a leak in my tire, and called, the gentleman was so kind and answered my silly questions, without making me feel silly. I came in on my lunch break, and he was very upfront with how long it would take, which was great, so I could inform my employer. They ended up finding a nail in my tire, patched it and topped off my other tires. We probably didn't talk about financing because it was only a $35 charge, which I was amazed by. I felt comfortable and appreciated there, which as a women going to get something done on your car, you usually don't get treated that way. I will always becoming here for my tire help, and would recommend to anyone I get the chance. Thanks for being great guys!

Went in today to get my rear breaks done the guy tried to charge me 600 for just the rear we settled on 450 and I paid it because I need the work vehicle back asap i heard the stories didn't believe em I do now tho never returning.....made sense why there were 0 cars there because they'll rip you off I was sick after I left called 4 other places 300 was the highest price

Great staff, very helpful. The manager went above and beyond to work with my warranty company to help get my issues resolved he spent 6 hours helping me and fighting with my warranty company. They will do the best they can to provide the best service possible. 10/10 recommend!

Had an emergency tire puncture, they took my van in within minutes to plug the puncture! Amazing!! As soon as I left I picked up a screw in the road, I turned around and went right back for 4 new tires! Better safe than sorry! I'd go back in a heartbeat! Friendly, Fast and Efficient!🥰

I came in yesterday and put a deposit down of $50 for two tires. He told me that I could come back the same time tomorrow to get them put on. I come back today and there is a sign outside with new hours. No ONE called and told me or let me know about their new hours and he knew I’d be back after 5p literally the next day. I am out of $50 even if I go somewhere else to get them. I am furious.

I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! It is only my humble recommendation! If you are a woman, young; not so young, elder...the maltreatment served-up by management (not mentioning any names) who willfully excels in projecting a pompous and arrogant attitude towards smart, intelligent and knowing women in his own arena of vehicles--is maddening. I need to file legal papers against him and his crew. He tokd me with a smirk on his face that hus companies employs hundreds of attorneys and I would never win against him with my non-corporate attorney. Smug. Arrogant. Unprofessional. Not willing to right the wrongs he helped create. I will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE, THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! In my humble opinion...don't waste your time. ..don't go here if you live a life of respectfulness. It is sorely missing at this establishment. I went in for an oil change. Because I intend of filing a lawsuit, I cannot attach photos or go into the specifics. For the record, this is the 2nd instance of serious maltreatments from this particular store...against myself and members of my family.

The new management was very helpful did not try to upsell. Gave suggestions for future precautions and or repairs. They are trying to build back with the community. I would definitely come back. Nice mechanics not afraid to have a conversation with there customers.we got a tire repaired for Honda CR-V very nice price. The new manager Ron and his crew are amazing. Update: Got 4 new tires for the 04 Chevy tracker amazing price does not break the bank! Update: Still a great place for car repairs. Just took it in for brakes found out it was more than brakes and they nearly cut my totally price in half. Still great customer service. Would recommend out of all the shops in canton, ohio!!!!

Before getting two new tires, I found tires needed and scheduled an appointment to get tires put on. The center called and could not do the service until 11am which did not work with our schedule but easily found us a time that would work. On arriving at the later time, the front desk manager informed us that they did not have that tire in stock which happened to be a buy one get one tire. They did not mention this during the first or second scheduling calls. This resulted in us spending more than expected. Front desk manager appeared annoyed by questions about price and not having tires in stock. He also talked negatively about another customer which he said was being rude on the phone and was a police officer. Service was quick due to them not having any other customers. I will look somewhere else in the future. Tires were over priced and you are not asked if you want to pay for warranties.
