My daughter was in town visiting a friend over the weekend when her alternator went out. She discovered this around 2pm on Saturday. After calling several other shops, who none of which could take her in until MONDAY, we contacted Stark. The manager Syed (I hope I spelled his name correctly), without hesitation, not only offered to do the work, but to actually go get her if she couldn't get the car to the shop. By now it is after 3pm. She got the car to their shop and they were able to procure an alternator and began work on her car immediately. The work was completed at a very reasonable price. But I can't place a price on making sure my daughter, who was a long way from school and home, was able to get her car fixed and her on the road when SEVERAL other auto shops in the area turned her away. THIS is the kind of customer service that all shops should work towards. Thank you Syed and Stark Service Station!

They did 1700 worth of work with replacing my oil pump, oil change, oil pressure sensor. Check engine light was still on amd come to find out they put the wrong oil filter and crack the casing. They told me they only changed the oil and never touched the filter. Cost me 700 more to get fixed

A few days ago I had a problem with my car… I called the car repair shop and they said this car needs a lot of parts to be replaced and when I asked about the price they said around $600 to $900 so I called my friend and told him what was happening with me and he told me to go to Stark Service Station and they will help you. They were about an hour away from my location so today I went to them and they were honest with me and they said that need $160 only(parts and labor) and they only took an hour to work on the car . Just want to say thank you Ibrahim and saad for your efforts with me.

Man I loved these guys they were awesome. I had some custom exhaust done on my 22 f150. I went to them because no one else wanted to do it like I wanted because it is a brand new truck. They brought me in right away and did what I wanted exactly. That’s how things should be when you pay for something. Don’t let the small shop fool you they rock! Kudos guys! Completely horrible! They do NOT have the proper education or knowledge to properly diagnose a car to let you know exactly what’s going on with it. Got me out of $700 & never fixed anything. Couldn’t even tell me what he fixed when i went to pick it up. Just temporarily fixed it & only drove it for a week after getting it back from them. Told them i was still having the same problem that i called them to fix, & wouldn’t give me my money back.

I was in a pinch and needed an exhaust leak fixed because it was very loud. They have very little area to park but found a space. When I got in the office a guy said, "how can I help you?" I explained the problem and he told me to pull the car in the bay. They assessed the issue quickly, gave me a cost and I gave the approval. They quickly had the job done and I got my car back, NOISE FREE! Caveat: the facility is not much to look at. The guys were not dressed in uniforms. They both skow a foreign language. They were friendly and pleasant. They did not give me a written up receipt. They gave me a print out from the machine that took cards. I base my rating on how I was treated and served.
