I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would. They got my car in and out quickly. I wish however, they could have "unsiezed" one part on the alignment although my car is now aligned. They did the best they could with what they had to work with.

This review is for anyone considering Firestone 3032 Atlantic Blvd NE, Canton, OH 44705 Canton. I strongly recommend avoiding this, After my car skidded in the snow and hit a curb, I went there as a walk-in. They made me wait three hours, then charged $376, including $168 per hour in labor, claiming they fixed a loose studd bolt & they didn’t really do anything on that and charged extra for unauthorized services,They demanded to make full payment before allowing a test drive. Is this really a firestone policy? To charge payments for unauthorized services and unsolved problems. After testing, the problem remained. Only then did they recheck the car and admit the rim was damaged—something they failed to inspect initially. Despite doing no real repair, they charged me and later asked me to buy a new rim. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and gave inconsistent explanations, and I believe I was overcharged with an inaccurate bill. Overall, it was a very poor and frustrating experience, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same issue at this location. The service Advisor Luke is so rude and unprofessional and unfit for his job. He was sleeping in his working hours. And Technician “John” failed to inspect the actual problem in the vehicle. This is not only about money. This is about trusting the firestone services and no honesty in their work, very disrespectful, bad experience. Overall, I lose my money without fixing the problem.This is very shameful for Firestone services we kept believing you.

I've been bringing my vehicle here specifically the past past couple years because the tech team is amazing! They're all super nice and helpful, they explain all the issues to u and they don't just try to get u to spend money for no reason. I dealt with Mike specifically this last time and he's just the nicest person and honest. He kept me updated w/ the repairs on my vehicle (and there was quite a bit needed done ) and he got it done in a super fast manner and my vehicle rides like it's brand new again. I'd recommend this store specifically to anyone and everyone. Car issues suck already but it's super refreshing to not feel like you're not being haggled to death out of money u don't need to spend and the fact they're fast and very welcoming ..5 stars rating all day! Best place around thank you Mike again! You're awesome

Definitely a good place to get your car worked on. Staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. Price wise, it’s fairly affordable compared to a lot of other shops. Good place for service, give it a chance!
