I had 2 tires mounted and balanced by the store in canton. Get the wheels home and notice it still has old wheel weights are still on the rim. I go back and ask if they remove all old weights before balancing. The response was it is a mistake they didn’t see them. I can see a mistake on 1 rim but not on both. How do I know they are really balanced. I’m not going to take it back to a shop that makes mistakes and 1 of the weights are ready to fall off. The 3 shiny are new the dull are old. although they could not fix the issue on my car (not their fault) they spent almost an entire day trying to figure out what was wrong with it at no charge to me. very friendly, would highly recommend anyone to go here they are open and honest with you about very thing and update you along the way and don’t try to pressure you into buying or selling you anything that you don’t need or isn’t necessary!

Needed a last-minute pre-purchase inspection while I was in town. They were slammed but still found time to look it over while I waited and walked me through what they found. What stood out most was their integrity: I overheard Daniel advising another customer not to buy an unnecessary service, even though the customer was insisting. That’s rare. Shawny also refused any payment for the basic PPI. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, this is it.

You can make an appointment, but still end up waiting hours before your car is even taken back to be looked at. Their communication and customer service are very poor. I was told to come in at 8:00 a.m. to drop off my car, only to be accused of stealing $25 from a service that happened a year ago. This was over valve stems they replaced after two brand-new tires they installed were leaking air. At the time, I was never told there was a charge, never billed, and never asked to pay anything. Instead of simply saying I owed $25 and giving me the chance to pay it, they jumped straight to calling me a thief! That is poor management, plain and simple. This whole situation could have been handled with a simple conversation, but instead it was blown way out of proportion. I also can’t help but question whether I would have been treated the same way if I weren’t Black, because accusing someone of theft instead of asking for $25 payment is unacceptable. Twenty Five Dollars. Be for real!

Absolutely amazing experience. Daniel took my call at 8:30 A.M. and not only was Van's able to accommodate me same day, they provided me with a rental and my car (front brakes, rotors, and 4 new tires) was done by 1:30 P.M. The price was beyond reasonable. Daniel was very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Shawnee worked with me on financing as well and was great too! Absolute professionals here, and I could not be happier. You guys are the best and I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
