UPDATE 7-13-22!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY CONTINUE TO IMPRESS. Make no doubt about it: the idea of wanting to take your car to somewhere other than a large dealership or corporation is the best decision I have made as of lately. I took my car in for a repair that I know my dealership would have charged me $1k for… Jonathan and his team at JHD took care of me better than any dealer I could go to. He was loyal to his word, quick to answer his cell, and was TRUTHFUL!! The biggest part! Being able to TRUST who’s working on your car. Mark my words: bring your car to his shop for him to work on they do anything from brakes, oil, air conditioning, ect. Give him a ring he will ANSWER and be honest with you! Absolutely fantastic service. The dealer told me I needed $4500 worth of repairs and after Jon (the owner) diagnosed my vehicle it turned out I only needed a new left front abs sensor and four new tires instead of a complete rebuild of my VSM. The car runs great and I would recommend him to family and friends

Took him my jet ski a week ago and it sat but his response was I had cars come in over the weekend ok what happened to first come first serve I mean if you didn’t want to look at it or work on it take the sign down we took it there because he was close I mean how long would my ski be pushed off for some cars we were a paying customer also

We live in Bedford, my son lives in Canton... Before we made another routine trip to Canton one afternoon we had the engine light come on and could feel the misfires. We took it to a local Rad-Air who a few days later charged us over $1,000 for six new spark plugs a coil cap and some magic engine fuel elixir... Frustrated but I didn't care I was so Glad to just get it done and that it wasn't worse... that I didn't think much more about it. The day we picked it up we drove to Canton and the engine once we arrived misfired again. Too far to tow and Rad-Air said tow it to them on Monday(it was Thursday) I asked my son if he had someone to recommend... he recommended Jonathan at JHD Auto & Jet Ski, which are very close to where he lives... Jon and his team found so many things wrong with the car that Rad-Air had done and not done, that he thought it was almost criminal... He wanted me to dispute the charges... Bolts were missing, covers were off, wires were loose what a mess. Jon and his team were able to put all that back, diagnose the problem, that wasn't what I was charged for at Rad-Air... But instead was ECU issues... Jon went way far and above and beyond the call of duty to diagnose this intermittent problem... And ultimately ended up referring me to another mechanic nearby someone he's known for most of his life... Jon took it upon himself to make sure everything was covered all the issues were found loose wire connectors found and culprit corrected... He just made sure the job was done beyond right. Parting thoughts, he is no doubt the best mechanic and most thorough ,honest mechanic I've dealt with probably in the last 45 years... No matter how far you have to go to use his services it'll be worth the trip or the tow. 5 stars doesn't have enough stars. Johnny from Bedford :-)

If you are not taking your PWC to JHD, you are going to the wrong business. These guys are top notch honest dudes that pushes there expertise to the limit and don’t give up until they find the issue! You wont find many repair shops like this anymore, my 1 hour drive made my custom jet skis better than ever. Trustworthy team that are very professional, upfront quote with communication beyond expectation. JHD takes their business serious and treats your ski and you with respect, explaining anything you'd like and educating you along the way so you're a better rider going forward. I took my car in Friday and was ready Tuesday, they did great work, fast, and super knowledgeable. Not only did they fix my gas tank issue but also gave me a full scope of other issues I had with my car. Super happy that this service shop is only 3 minutes from my house. I highly recommend going to them and they now have a new loyal customer for future issues. My family is now going to use them next week and so on. 5 stars!!! ⭐️

It’s been 8 years now that I’ve been using JHD for my cars and boats. I sold my boat but Jonathan still maintains all of my vehicles not still under warranty. He just did my 2021 Kia Forte brakes and rotors. Quick service and exactly as quoted. Even took time out of his Sunday to meet my son at the shop to give him his keys after his military deployment. Can’t recommend him enough.

I have used Jon for service on several Jet Skis and also many repairs on my 2016 Suburban. He is fair, upfront and stands behind his work. He took on a basket case restoration for me of a 1987 Stand up jet ski, charged me hourly for the work, found obscure parts for it, ordered them in and got it done. Nothing but high praise for Jon and his team. Its funny how you treat people with respect and you get treated with respect in return. JHD sales & service comes highly recommended by me!

Took my van in with concern about something loose in the front end. The guys there drove it and looked everything over for a few hours and determined there was nothing wrong. I was charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee for their time invested. Parking is pretty tight and its a small shop but the guys inside are reasonable and honest. Can't beat that.

I’ve been using Jonathan for both my 4 cars and Yamaha AR230 for the last 4 years. He is the most honest and easy to work with mechanic I have ever used. He has worked on my Mercury Mountaineer, Ford Escape, Jeep Wrangler and GMC Yukon Denali. Great pricing and incredibly reliable. His estimates are always accurate and he warns me if he’s found anything severely wrong before he continues. His work on my boat is even better. I pulled into JHD losing air fast in one of my front tires. Jonathan stopped what he was doing and patched my tire and got me back on the road. He also charged me a fair price.
