All car repairs can be very expensive, but these guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They guarantee their repairs for two full years. Justin Smock is the owner and Kyle does the intake. There's a diagnostic charge, but when talking with you they're helpful and generous with their time. They just moved to a larger place because they have so much business, due to their integrity. There are generally 60 to 80 cars ahead of you so plan on making your appointment ahead of time.

All makes and models is a fantastic place to get your car serviced. I have been going there for years and have never been displeased with the service. They have great customer service and truly appreciate their customers. When I call them they always know who I am. They do their best to get your car in that day if it is an emergency. They get their work done fast and it is done with quality. There have been many times where we were not charged for minor things such as checking a tire and getting a small plug. This is a very honest business and I will take my car nowhere but All Makes And Models.

I have been going to All Makes and Models for a few years now, even back at their Hills and Dales location. They consistently provide the best work, best prices, and best customer service around. Recently my wife got an oil change at a drive-through spot out of town as she desperately needed one before the 500mile drive home. Shortly after there was an oil leak and All Makes and Models checked it, fixed it, told us exactly what the drive-through guys did wrong, and refused to charge us for the service, all within a few hours of drop-off. They are simply the best!

All Makes and Models is truly a rare experience for an Auto Maintenance Shop, and after my first experience, they have won my business hands down. We were recommended by a friend, I decided to give them a try, and found that they exceeded expectations all around What I discovered about them is that they don't charge you to look at your car and give you an initial evaluation like most auto shops which could be $100-200 just to even look at your car. The recommendations that came back from my repair was on the high end in the worst case scenario, and that was absolutely on par with the dealership’s service departments. However, they recommended the repair plan to start with the simple repairs and if that doesn't work go on to the further so overall my bill was much less than going to a branded Repair Shop. The repair ended up working right off the bat, at a much lower cost, and they treated me like I was a person. They spoke to me like I was a normal human being who didn't really know much about car maintenance and I greatly appreciate them talking to me at my level. Looking at the cars that were in there repair lot, it ranged anything from really old classical cars to really high end sports cars, and then every normal car in between. They clearly have a skill set that is suitable for All Makes and Models (dad pun). I can't recommend them enough, they're practical, down to earth, and they work with you to meet you at your level. If you ever need a repair the only thing they really don't do is body work I would absolutely check this place out.

Breaks have not stopped squeaking since I got them done here 3,000 miles ago it’s ear piercing. Also paid for the alignment and the car is still the same as it was and pulls to the right and not fixed at ALL. They do have pretty good pricing though but I would expect it to be fixed if I paid for it

They are AMAZING mechanics to work with. I've spent literal years going from one mechanic to another, not only trying to find people I like but also to find competent people. They are very knowledgeable and their labor rates are competitive as well! They are also honest which I greatly appreciate. I've had break work done where they found I didn't need all of the parts I had originally thought and rather than go ahead and slap em on, they let me know my charge would be lower as I didn't need certain parts that were still near new condition. They only charged for partial cost of the break assembly for the parts they did replace. They have the capability to service motor homes and larger vehicles as well which is something that not many mechanics have the ability to do with either limited space, lack of equipment, or lack of knowledge. I'd definitely recommend these award winning mechanics! They'll take care of you and be able to explain everything in layman's terms so you know exactly what you're paying for if you have questions!
