I purchased a very clean suv from Conley's a yr ago. It was a very nice and easy purchase! I've brought that truck in twice for service that was done, and for a girl that doesn't know vehicle repairs I trust them and if any problems I will go back and would definitely refer them to others!

I wouldn’t even bother. Made an appointment to have my car looked over and an appointment to have it towed by them. Ran over my appointment time cause they never showed up to tow. Called in to see what was going on and the office lady was rude. I ended up canceling all my appointments. I could’ve called somewhere else and gotten in sooner.

Bought a battery drove the vehicle 20 miles battery died i took the vehicle back they charged me 45 dollars to replace the bad battery they gave me which to me was bs. After 3 months my vehicle was dead. I tried to have it towed to this place an was told they don't work on e350 vans no longer. I towed my vehicle to another location was told I had another dead battery. The mechanic stated Conleys put in a battery that was dated in 2019. This place an places like this who try an cheat or overcharge customers will be exposed by customers like me. I'm very disappointed an will not recommend this shop to anyone.

My car was picked up Monday morning. I thought it would be easier to just let someone tow it and work on it. Rather than pay another towing free to the garage I usually go to. Was told they get it to the shop, check it out and give me a call. About 4:30 I called. Well, they were working on Fridays cars. Called again Tuesday late afternoon and my car still hasn't been looked at yet. As of right now I'm VERY unhappy and frustrated with this place. I wish I had looked at some of the reviews before I called. I went to the shop and had my car towed to my regular mechanics. I just saw the owners response 🙄 REALLY? I would love to see the phone records of when I was contacted about what was wrong with my car and when I was told about that part and how much it would cost. I would to hear the recording of me authorizing any service and how much it would cost to do the work. But I never will, because it NEVER happened!

Took my suv to get a whole new braking system put on. They had my vehicle for almost a month. Then my brakes locked up again. Took it back to this place. Had it another 3 weeks.The brake fluid they used was contaminated needed a new master cylinder again. Now they are looking for me & my warranty to cover the parts that were contaminated. I will not pay when they & their supplier is at fault. Will never go back there again.

The management I loved, however I felt as if the mechanic misrepresented the company. I felt as if the mechanic was out of touch with dealing honestly with a female of color. Little did he know that I have extensive knowledge of auto mechanics as I studied it in my 20's and felt like he was too obvious that he was about dollars and not quality of service. My neighbor loves the family which owns this business, but we both were very concerned about my last visit. I will still reccomend this place, however I would say, only deal with the managerial staff and have them present if you are talking with the mechanical engineers.

My husband and I went to buy a jumper box in Cleveland (we're from Akron) The jumper box didn't work so we had to sleep in our car, windows down cause no battery, and it was freezing. All because they would not come to jump us. (We where even willing to pay the $65 they said it would cost)

I would be embarrassed to be a part of such a incompetent and unprofessional company. This place only cares about money. A while back I had them tow my car to another shop. But they insisted they could fix it. I just needed breaks done. After weeks of me asking them To start the job I had to threaten to get it towed to another place when they told me they already started to work and I would owe money. A week later they finished the job and severely overcharged me. A few nights ago I was involved in a hit and run. The police officer called Conley's and I was disappointed.. after waiting for a very long time and being directly in front of my house where the car was hit. They explained that they could not tow the car to my house that they had to tow it to their shop. And I would have to get it towed the next day and pay two towing fees. Even the policeman said it was ridiculous and said they'd be taken off the list for that. Not to mention everybody you deal with has a complete attitude like you're not the one paying them money. From the secretary to the tow truck men to the mechanics.

The worst experience PERIOD. Was involved in an accident. The driver refused to let us get anything from the vehicle. Explained that my daughter's medication was in her purse, along with her ipad and other personal belongings. And that my house keys, office keys, tools, and vehicle info I needed for insurance was in there. They said I could contact them tomorrow. Well it was a holiday and told me I'd have to wait till Monday. They were EXTREMELY rude, and when I started getting upset about out their utter lack of concern for my situation, they hung up on me!

Kempthorn Motors suggested using Conley's Service and Towing to transport our vehicle to Kempthorn Auto Collision. Conley's caused $2,100 in damage to our vehicle and won't take responsibility. The tow driver even told Kempthorn Auto Collision they damaged the vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will damage your vehicle and deny it! Now we will have settle in court! Buyer Beware!
