Highly recommended. I, like many others, incurred body damage from Hurricane Ian. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told it would take at least 4 weeks. Well, it turned out to be closer to 10. Many would say that's a bad thing. I do not. What people need to realize is that these are extenuating circumstances. PATIENCE is the operative word here. Take a drive around the county. I challenge you to find 1 auto body business that is not literally overflowing with vehicles in need of repair. If you are able to find one that doesn't look completely slammed, STAY FAR AWAY, because they're probably horrible at what they do. Pete and his staff have worked tirelessly throughout the aftermath the hurricane to get our vehicles properly repaired. I applaud their efforts. My vehicle looks as good as ever, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They will continue to have my business in the future. To the team at Cape Collision, I say thank you for all that you do.

Was referred to Cape Collision through my dealership after a fender bender. Repair did take a couple of weeks to complete, but receptionist was very helpful with helping arrange my rental. They did a great job repairing body work and even cleaned my car out for me. Overall good experience !

Honest, good prices, fast. I had some minor repairs to get fixed and no other body shop wanted anything to do with it because it wasn't going through insurance for a bigger profit. These guys took a look at it the same day and gave me a quote MUCH lower than I expected. I picked up the part from the dealership and they fixed it the same day in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for it. Very rare to find a business that is so ethical and nice these days. I don’t enjoy bad mouthing business, it’s one of the hardest things to do is run a business. Unfortunately here is my experience at this body shop. I was in a collision and my insurance company recommended to go here. It was towed and the estimate was 10 days and 6,900 dollars. The start of the trouble was, the got the wrong bumper, pained that wrong bumper and had to wait for another one. This took approximately a month. 2 and a half weeks go by waiting for the right bumper. After waiting that long I decided to call the dealership myself and see what the hood up is, as my car is a pretty common car. Cape Collision had not placed an order for the bumper. My car sat there for an extra two and a half weeks for absolutely nothing, because of a part that was not ordered. After two months of waiting I finally gotten in my car and drove off. Since it had been sitting there outside for 2 months I decided to go through a car wash. This when went water leaked through the tailgate and into my car. I called back Cape Collision and they said the bring it back. It also had a lot of gaps and missing pieces from the original job that was not done properly. Two days go by and they say it’s done. I go to pick it up and say it is still not right and the tailgate is still misaligned. They told me “that’s the straightest we can get it”. It is as an insurance job. There should be no cut corners. I don’t know what to do at this point as I was told the owner would call me, which never happened. The picture is from the second time I picked it up, and was told “that’s the straightest we can get it”. As water still pours into my car.

My daughter’s car was wrecked in a parking area. The team at Cape Collision did a fantastic job of making it look brand new again. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. I then recommended them to my boyfriend. They went above and beyond for him. Not only did they fix the damage, they took care of some cosmetic issues and even renewed the headlights. Original post: Where do I start. What I was told was a 2 day job turned into 23. Needed 2 windows replaced and 3 paint chips on the side panel. My SUV was sent to Cape Coral Collision as an outsourced job from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. After day 12 I had to drive to the collision center myself because of constant run around from both the collision center and Dodge. In the process of checking on my car I discovered additional damage, which most likely explains the timeframes and run around. The collision center tried to return my car to Dodge and was refused delivery 2 separate times due to incomplete work. It came back not only with additional damage but poor quality paint work with tape lines and runs showing throughout. Supposedly the owner of Cape Collision was contacted on several occasions by a director at Dodge with no apparent effect. The night I actually received my car back it looked as though they left the windows open while they sanded it for paint. The inside was filthy and covered in dust. There is zero sense of workmanship, responsibility, or ownership in their work. I had to literally coordinate and navigate every step of the process and question every person involved. Between Cape Coral Dodge’s service department and Cape Coral Collision, the absolute worst experience you can imagine and then some. Basic customer service and actually doing your job simply doesn’t exist between these two. This is an update to my previous post, as the owner has responded. My appointment was made with Dodge Dec 9, 2021. I purposely waited until Dec 21st 2021 to bring it in to give time to order glass. I was told by the advisor on Dec 9th and again the 14th it would be 2 days once I brought it in and he verified with Cape Collision. Don’t know who was responsible for ordering glass but it was never ordered ahead of time and I wasn’t informed of this until the 21st. In regards to the infamous convenient supply chain excuse. My car sat for 10 days without work done at Cape Collision - verified by my in car GPS and follow up calls to the dealer. Calling every other hour every day is a bit dramatic. There were multiple days if not more in the beginning without conversation. On Jan 4th, 2022 after multiple run arounds and several changes in time frames of a return date directly from Cape Collision I drove there my self to discover windows indeed had been done, as well as tint and even the initial paint work. (14 days later). There were noticeable paint defects and additional damage was present. I sent pics to dodge. Cape collision tries to return the car the next day to dodge without addressing the subpar paint and additional damage. It was refused. I also called the tint place myself and that job was completed in a 1/2 day. My in car GPS verified that too and had little if any bearing on overall time and productivity. 3 days later on Jan 7th they try to return it again to Dodge and there are still multiple areas of paint defect as well as the same dents from the additional damage which was marked with blue tape and pointed out by Dodge advisors. Finally it was returned for a 3rd time to Dodge on Jan 12, 2022 (23 days from the start). The “supply chain” Issue was not to blame in the end. The issue is the quality of workmanship and lack of attention to detail. If 3rd time is a charm this place is for you. If you want it done correctly the first time. I’d look elsewhere. If the owner “personally had this vehicle cleaned” as stated…I’ll let the readers be the judge. See pics of white SUV with black interior on how it was returned to me…👍💯…And if you still don’t believe me contact Michelle in sales at Cape Dodge. She verified the condition upon return and helped me remedy it with on-site detail guys.

Beware. Went for an estimate on my truck because I got a referral. Basically an easy repair for an experienced shop. They took my email to send me a quote. The next afternoon I called them about it, they said they would have the boss send it to me…nothing. I’m glad I didn’t have them do the work if they run their business like this.
