I brought my car in for an estimate. They told me they would have an estimate to me in an hour, which was great because the responsible parties for the accident were anxious to have the estimate to determine the best way to pay. Several hours went by and didn't hear anything, so I called. I was told the estimator was busy and I would get the estimate first thing the next morning. Middle of the next day I called again. Again I was told I would get the estimate by the end of the day. After two days of this, I gave up and started going to other shops for estimates. Since they had another location (Grape Street) that was on my way between two other shops, I made an appointment and swung by. At first, no one was there and there was just a sign saying they would be back, with no time description. Eventually, they did look at the car again and once again said I would get an estimate by the end of the day. That was days ago and I never heard back from them. Fortunately, I was able to get several other estimates all within an hour. Perhaps they didn't want my business for some reason, or didn't like my following up when I wouldn't hear from them, which at first was me just wondering if they didn't have my information. But I don't understand why three different times they would keep give me time frames, and then never meeting them or reach out at all. Or why they would confirm an appointment Grape Street and then no one be there. I see they have many high reviews, which is why I sought them out in the first place. But I can't reconcile that with my honest experience.

From the moment I walked into CDM Collison center at Niagara St, Lory and Alo were incredibly welcoming and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process and provided a detailed estimate upfront. All we had to do was provide the insurance claim number, and the CDM team handled the rest of the communication with the insurance company. They also have a great partnership with Enterprise Rental Car, offering customers good rates (if not covered by insurance) and convenient pick-up and drop-off services. This significantly reduced the hassle of getting my car repaired and arranging a rental car. The quality of the work was outstanding—my car looks as good as new. Additionally, they kept me informed of any updates or changes via text and email. Moreover, my daughter had a wonderful time at CDM, as they provided everything she needed to color and kept her entertained. She was always happy to go to CDM. I’ve had the misfortune of having to use Capital Dent Masters collision center twice now for roof and bumper repairs. Both times the process has been relatively smooth and the quality of work excellent. Lory and her team provide great service and fantastic work. They are very accommodating to schedule and will also work with you to try to lower the cost of your repairs, I never felt that I was being up-charged or mislead. It is important that you know your car well especially if it is more complex like mine as I did have to make some additional requests in the preliminary estimate to get the car back up to snuff completely, but the process was not too much of a hassle. If my luck continues and I end up needing collision services again they will definitely be my first call.

Would absolutely recommend CDM to anyone needing collision repair. I got quotes from multiple places and CDM was the only one to take the time to thoroughly inspect my car - opening doors, comparing side to side, etc. My quote was reasonable and I felt like they cared about doing what was best/safest for my car, while not trying to up-charge me unnecessarily. Even when they were incredibly busy, whenever I was in the office I felt respected and like a priority. Their communication is incredible and I appreciated being kept in the loop about the process almost daily with calls/emails/messages. Plus, my car was completed much earlier than expected (and the repairs are flawless). I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to return to CDM. Thank you!!

Their great communication and status updates were very reassuring through the entire process. My car has a very difficult paint color to match, and I must say it looks as good as new after CDM finished the repairs. A+ 10/10 100% recommended! Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the damage, but they also helped me get a rental car right away which I really didn’t expect and was so grateful for!! One of the nicest surprises? They cleaned my car! As a parent, keeping a vehicle spotless is a constant battle, and I’ll admit I was a little embarrassed about the mess. I had my tesla rear-ended in auto accident and I didn't want to wait so long for repair my car, but i wanted quality and quick fix, so I found CAPITAL DENT MASTER COLLUSION CENTER in denver after several researches. The first reason that I accepted to drop off my car there was their nice and friendly customer service and repair time frame they gave me which took 26 days, and finally I got amazed by their work! %100 perfect, and professional. Wow, just wow. The handiwork and heart of the crew and staff at CDM is outstanding! I could not be more pleased and honored by their service. CDM's prices are reasonable and honest, they won't do anything without your direct approval. They served me with eagerness and willingness, I could not ask for more... but Capital Dent Masters did even more than that! They took on a nearly impossible challenge in fixing the body of my car. They stripped the damage back to bare metal, brought the metal out, welded in new material, and then skillfully shaped the new metal by hand so well that even keen eyes would never notice! They paint match by hand and, as someone who works with color for a living (graphical design), I can say with confidence that they matched the color excellently! What more can I say!? The whole team at CDM was super friendly and helpful right from the start! They gave me an initial estimate with the expectation that it might be higher if they find more damage. Checking my car in was super easy. They communicated with me throughout the whole process via text and email. The work was completed in just over a week which was amazing!
