Always an issue getting your service done here...flat tire but won't service without scheduling an appt(im a plus member and bought the tires at the location) ....People don't schedule getting a flat tire....

screwed up my tire orders for second time. First time, years ago, I was promised a delivery within a few weeks, which didn't arrive after waiting over a month and I canceled it. I gave it another try and this time they claim they cannot put the tire on a set of rims my brother in law brought in due to company policy. no more business with them. Wasted way too much time.

Jacob is great, but Sam's Club needs to hire some help for him. I think he's the only person working there so he can't cover all of the hours (this place is supposed to be open like 70+ hours per week). It's very difficult to make an appointment (it took me about a week of calling and stopping by). But, when you eventually do get in, Jacob does a good job and treats you well. It's clear that management and/or HR is the problem here, because he should not be the only mechanic in a garage with 4 bay doors.

Do not recommend this place ordered my tires with them on June 12 I ordered them online went to check on them after the recommended 5 days they first said they couldn’t find my order I had to give them more than enough information and they still couldn’t find them so I showed them the order on my phone they then said to give in another week here I go again and the same thing happens this keeps going for a month so then I cancel them and try to order in person but they tell me that I must have customized rims because it doesn’t add up in their system in which I say that that can’t be right since their the cars original rims they keep on fighting me about it they end up checking for themselves and i end up being correct so they go ahead and “order” them again and I come back a week later and they tell me they never ordered them. Through the whole process they weren’t helpful and they were all lacking customer service.

love the Tire and Battery department at Sams Club on East 35th ave in Denver. I was helped with my tire issue on 9/8/25 by both Andy and Ricky. They worked as a team to fix my tire. Rico and Andy were efficient in my battery change. Andy suggested the $199 that last longer and perform better with less warranty exchanges. They were fast considering it was in the first half hour of opening.
