These guys were terrific, and I would recommend them and use them in the future for other auto glass needs. Courteous, efficient, fast, and just plain nice people. The parking garage in my office building recommended them for glass repair, and unlike 3 of the other glass shops I called, these owners actually returned my call--they wanted the business! Their quote was competitive and they arrived exactly within the appointment window. They replaced the windshield in about 30 minutes. A+!

Novus was friendly and professional and located a windshield for me. Loren, is the person who located my windshield, followed its delivery keeping me posted on it's arrival. The Team at Novus Glass repaired our windshield last week. It was a fantastic experience. That completed the replacement and sensor calibration within an hour and a half. I wanted to wait until after our long ski trip this weekend to write a review in case I heard any whistling or felt a leak…which from our experience was something that happens when you replace them. I am happy to report back that we had none of those. We are a monster fan of the team, their work and most of all their price. Honestly you’re not going to find a better price than you do with Novus Glass! Keep up the great work and keep grinding team!

Was a victim of the hail storm that happened Thursday night that busted up my windshield really good, I looked up auto glass places found NOVUS sent in my information for quote got back to me quickly and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Highly recommend NOVUS Glass! A rock hit my windshield on the highway leaving a crack directly in my line of vision. The company was super accommodating and communicative. Set an appointment up for the next day. I called back the day of the appointment to see if they had an earlier time available than what we agreed upon and they generously found a technician that had finished early enough to accommodate the last minute change. Drove right up to my car and all that was needed from me were my keys. They worked quickly while I sat in the comfort of my own home. The two gentlemen declined a tip which is why i’m leaving this review instead. Thank you!

I have had 2 great experiences with NOVUS. First time was my husband's back windshield was shattered due to hail. They were quick, courteous and professional. The second time the owners came to my middle school and presented to a group of 6th graders how to repair windshields. They were amazing and patient with the kiddos.
