Moved here and needed a mechanic bad. After getting the run around from other places I landed here and it was the best thing for my car. When my Mini Cooper broke down and my usual shop couldn’t get me in for a few weeks, I started looking up and calling places in my neighborhood. All Pro popped up and I was lured in by all the great reviews. I called a smidge too early, but left a voicemail and proceeded down my list of other places. When I told the other places what I thought was wrong with it, I got a pretty standard response each time- “well, that part isn’t really known to fail, so it’s probably something else. If you want to bring it in, we’ll try and squeeze you in and run diagnostics on it and that runs $$$”
Now, I’m a small business owner and I don’t have cash to throw around on diagnostics when I’m 99.9% sure of what the issue is, and every moment that I’m not able to run my business because I’m dealing with car stuff is time that I’m losing money on, so I frantically called All Pro back. Dave answered and explained he was just opening up and assured me that he was about to return my message. Instead of getting annoyed with me, he walked me through my situation and never once told me I was wrong. He said he’d start looking at parts and scheduled me to bring in my car the next day so he could get a better idea of what was going on. We spoke again later in the day because he wanted to let me know that he found the part if it was indeed what we both thought it was. The next morning I took my car in and Dave spent about 30 seconds looking at it before confirming that it was what we both thought it was. Back in his office he went over my options and and pricing, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He found a couple of places online that sold the part for pretty cheap and told me I could order it myself if I wanted, or he could get the part directly from the dealership, which is what I decided on. It was Friday so he scheduled my repair for first thing Monday, and said he’d do what he could to get the cost down. He called me later on Friday to tell me the part was in and then apologized for not being able to do it the same day (he called with the part at 3 and they close at 4). I was a little surprised that he would apologize for that because I’m used to having to work around other mechanic’s hours- having them reschedule appointments, needing me to bring the car in at x time, but then not getting to it etc. I assured Dave that Monday was totally cool, and when Monday came around I dropped it off and Dave reassured me that I’d be back to driving that day. My car was ready at 12 pm. The repair went beautifully and compared to what the other places estimated, All Pro came in over $1k less!
Quick, efficient, affordable, and no hassling you into unneeded repairs, paired with Dave’s easy going, people before profit attitude has made All Pro my go to for future care care.

Dave at All pro is the BEST!! He has helped me fix my car 2 times now. both different problems. The fixes he makes last! He explains what the problem is, how he can fix it and gives an estimate before doing any work. Both times I have brought my car in he gets the work done in as little time as possible. He is trustworthy and good at what he does. I will not bring my car anywhere else
