I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I am on a cross country road trip with my daughter and had a leak in a tire. They repaired the tire quickly and got me back on the road. My boyfriend and I have been bringing our cars to Steve and his team for over 2.5 years now, and I can't say enough good things about them. They’re always pleasant to deal with and make what could be a stressful experience so much easier. What I appreciate most is their honesty. Anytime I have concerns about my car, they take the time to explain what truly needs to be done and what can wait. I never feel pressured, and I always feel like I'm getting trustworthy advice. Most recently, I brought my car in to get the control arms serviced. During the process, Steve’s team found additional issues and worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of so that my car was safe and ready to drive. They were transparent accommodating. If you're looking for a mechanic you can rely on, I highly recommend Steve and his team.

They got me in for my alignment as soon as I came in and finished is way quicker than I expected. I have a great experience every time I’ve come to this location. Justin is always friendly and helps me with any information I need about my car. They also took off about $10 for a service that my car didn’t need. I wouldn’t have known either way so I am super appreciative of their honesty! 10/10 will keep coming back here!

We had taken our car in for an appointment in the morning. There was a misunderstanding on how long a diagnostic would take, not sure our side or the stores miscommunication and when the appointment was made, originally was told the service would only be a couple hours. After 4 hours called to check the progress, one employee handled the situation very unprofessional and was arguing with us on the phone. Luckily the manger Steven met us when we got there to pick up the car and was very professional and took care of us. Great manager.

The firestone team was ready to conduct repairs even though I showed up a few minutes early to my appointment. They provided a very thorough inspection and servicing of my vehicle for a wheel alignment. Once they finished they gave me excellent feedback on the condition of my vehicle and realistic advice for what actions are needed and when it needs to happen. The waiting area is comfortable and I indulged in the free coffee.

I’ve been taking my Forester for oil changes and related maintenance for 4 years. Always great service, timely and on target recommendations for items to be attended to in a timely manner. This year I took my 2002 Ford Ranger for diagnostics and a cost estimate. After much thought and getting a second estimate I decided to have Firestone on Huron do the work. My truck now drives so smoothly. They kept to the original estimate, which was 3 months old and fixed several additional small items at no cost as they weren’t identified until they started the work. I was pleasantly surprised, at this, as I’d anticipated getting a “we missed this” call. I’ll definitely keep going to this garage for the work. The staff are always pleasant, treat me with respect and listen well. The communication has always been good. Kudos to Steve and his team.

I was at work and came out of the office to a flat tire with a sheet metal screw in the tread. I brought it to Alex at the 136 and Huron shop on a Saturday. Alex got me in right away even though he was short on people in the front office and the shop. Before long I was back on the road for a great price. Thanks to Alex for his courtesy, professionalism, and hard work! I’d say they’ve earned more business from me in the future.
