After reading many positive reviews I went to Paris Tire for an alignment. While their customer service was great, the quality of the work was substandard and their response even worse. When handed back the keys to my truck after being aligned, I immediately noticed my TPMS sensor was newly lit up and solid on my dash and my steering wheel pointed to the 1-2 o’clock position when driving straight at roughly 30 mph and got progressively worse with increased speed. I had the truck aligned at a different stop two days later and the initial analysis showed both front wheels were widely out of specification. Once they were finished I called Paris Tire to ask if this was a normal occurrence and was asked “well what do you want me to do about it” by the staff. I brought the new alignment sheet to them to compare, only to hear that “the new shop wasn’t correct” and I “was wrong” even though the truck finally drove straight. My money was refunded a week later via mailed check, but they offered no reason to how the measurements could have changed in only two days and took no responsibility for my poorly aligned truck. I will not return and would advise the same to others.

This is a great place to get tires and other repair services. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. Service is normally relatively fast. The last time I went in was after a PM at a local dealer. The dealer service representative had told me that I had a nail in a tire placed such that the tire couldn't be repaired and tried to sell me a $400 tire. Paris removed the nail and fixed the tire. There have been no subsequent problems.

Can't beat the prices, but the real reason I like this shop in particular is the mom-and-pop vibe and approach to customer service. For example: valve core failed on one of my tires. Rolled in with no appointment and the next available tech came out and replaced the valve core and refused to charge me (although I did tip him). Quick and simple job and one kind gesture like that meant I bought my next set of rubber from these guys; and of course they had the best price, and car was done within an hour of my appointment time, and they hand-torqued the wheel bolts like I asked. Cant beat it. Will be going nowhere else.

Called on Monday to get snow tires put on, was told that there were no appointments available until the next week, but if I dropped my car off before 8 am the next day they could get it done.
