Admittedly a quick line and always an attendant to help but going through the wash smells like sewer water being used. About made me gag it was so bad. And there are always so many spots left on the car. We prefer Autowash because the car seems to get cleaner and not smell like a port a potty.

Broke the left front valve cap and tore off the left rear valve stem leaving me with a flat tire. Had to put on spare tire have the tire repaired at a cost of over $80.00 including new manufacturers valve caps. Dropped off the bill and they said they would send me a check. Not holding my breath for that. They did give me two free car washes but the expire at the end of the month. Not like I would go back.

This car wash really does suck. Didn't even clean my wheels or the whole front of my car. And it was really dirty so it's very obvious the parts that didn't get clean! No way to request a refund or another wash, if I cared enough I'd investigate it further but the 10 dollars I paid only calls for the effort of this 1 star review.

I used to love this place when in first opened, it got my car so clean. I went once like 2 months ago and it half cleaned my car and I was thinking of not going back. Then I figured I would try it again over this past weekend and it really was terrible. My hood, windows and sunroof looked worse than when I went in. The rest of my car was very spotty like it got washed with mud. I will not be back, I have lost like 20.00 over both visits. It is too bad because they are close to home and used to be good. Also there is mo one tp call to get a refund or to report it sucks.

Zero stars if it was possible. This is a review for the one on Alameda and Havana. My fiance and I went on a weekend after a night shift to wash our car. The machine left a huge dent on the driver's side. We took pictures and made sure there were cameras and reached out to the owner. The owner agreed to meet us and look at the damages. Clearly he had no intentions of actually helping us, it was pretty much for show. Not only was he ready to argue and fight about the fact that it couldn't have been his machine (a red flag already showing us he isn't going to man up and take responsibility) he failed to provide us footage of the incident. Suspicious much? If you are so convicted in your belief that your machine did not do any damage to our vehicle, why haven't we received any footage from the incident? There are cameras. We reached out various times through text and recently left a voicemail to the company's number. Retrieving footage should take an hour or two tops. It's been days and a week since. Not only does this show how he is prioritizing things, but also the fact that he wants to weasel out of something like this is frustrating. Heads up, everyone. Known cowardice and inadequacy to do the right thing. If anything changes, I'll update the details.

I had a fantastic experience here today. My car is squeaky clean, and the man who was working there was so nice. He made sure every part of my car was clean and even got a towel and wiped a spot that was missed. Highly recommend!

The cloth fabric that is supposed to clean your car made me scared that it would dent it instead of cleaning it. Very rough on your car. Also, the turn into the car wash is so sharp that if you have anything over a small SUV, it will most likely hit the concrete getting into the wash.

Everyone should be very careful before using this car wash. I went through it this morning and immediately noticed extensive scratches on the roof and a hood of my car as a result of the car wash. I've left a message for the company and will update this review based on what I hear back from them, but this car wash absolutely scratched my car. I returned and spoke to the attendant who was very nice and instructed me to call the office, which I've done, and they will be able to ensure the scratches were not there ahead of time. Will update once I've heard back.

Horrible wash with horrible costumer service, avoid the headache and go somewhere else. Car wash will be down for maintenance but with no signs indicating that it’s closed, it will let you enter your code, but because the wash is closed, you just waisted $17!! I called number on their website for a refund and just got hung up on.

I just used the car wash on havana and alameda. I live 10 or 15 min away from the car wash. I didn’t got out of my car to dry, which i always do, but today running late to my meeting. I drove back home and now my drivers side door doesn't open all the way. It got dented. I just call the customer service to let them know, hopefully i get a call soon. I used the service on iola st never had issues until now. I hope this can be resolve.

I was the first car wash of the day... at the end... the door would not open while I was still being dragged into it. To add insult to injury the car behind me was still on course to hit me from behind. The attendant pushed the emergency buttons that DID not work... meanwhile I'm hitting the unopened door with the dryer roasting me in my car while being hit from behind. Never ever again!!!!!!!

Is NO stars an option!!!! My complaint is with the Havana & Alameda location (they are not listed in Google Maps). I paid $10 to have dry brushes go over my car! No water, no soap... I called Tue, the answering said they will do their best to get back with you in 48hrs. After 72 hrs I had not heard anything! It has been 5 days and NOTHING!!! CLEARLY taking money and not providing a service is ok with them!! I drive thru the car wash because I am a DAV.... I have called 3x and no one has bothered to rtn my calls to discuss providing me a refund. $10 may be no big deal to them! I will NEVER go to a Shiny Happy Car Wash EVER AGAIN!!! The trash was overflowing & on the ground, there was clearly something wrong with the wash itself, since it did not wash my car. DRIVER BEWARE!!!!

Great car wash. The car wash attendant today (2/1/23) made the experience even better. He was very helpful and friendly! Give him a raise! The reason I took one start off is because I didn't receive the wash I paid for (not the attendant's fault and he did help me out with that issue) so that could be a problem for those who may not get the same attendant. Also, the hanging mop heads in the car wash seem quite harsh when hitting my car. I was concerned it might take out my windshield which already have cracks in it. However, my car did end up very clean unlike many other drive through car washes I've been to.

Love this car wash, vacumm and the kind people who attend to it! To the other reviews, it is aggressive sounding but I’ve never had harm to my vehicle. Also - it’s a good wash for a machine and for the affordable rate! I come here at least once a week!

I go to this car wash often and since the owner has changed this car wash up keep is quickly going downhill and becoming an eyesore and I no longer opt to make this my main car wash to go. I do remember at one point the lady that worked at the car wash made sure the curb appeal was up to par, but now that she is gone it really looks a mess and it is affecting how the entire corner looks. I am hoping that these are transition pains and they will ultimately get it back to what it was before. Otherwise tear it down and build something else.

BROKE MY WINDSHIELD!!!! This used to be a good car wash. This time around the lady opporating it was extremely rude, whistling at me like I didn't see her or stop when she said when I was already stopped.... then the washer hit my car so hard it broke my windshield, it's over a foot long crack and they aren't going to do anything about it. I will never go here again!!

Awful place, awful owners, bad equipment!!! Damage to car. My elderly mother used this car wash with king soopers fuel gas purchase and had her driver side mirror ripped off her car. She reported the incident spoke directly to the staff on site. Never got a reply it’s been a week. If I could I’d picket this place and advise everyone in the neighborhood to avoid this place at all cost I would! I’m going to fix her car out of my pocket. Irresponsible ownership is to blame.
