I purchased a car from here approximately 3 years ago they approved me and I my credit at the time was below average so I was extremely happy about this and the car I for was pretty decent but the one thing I can say is I felt like I got into a vehicle I didn’t necessarily like or want and the payments were really high for $10,000 car I wished I would have shopped around but the overall experience was positive

Dishonest and disappointing. I brought my car in for what I was told would be a full engine mount replacement. They charged me $750, but later I found out they never replaced the lower mount, even though that was part of the agreed job. When I confronted them, they tried to claim that two pieces of one mount counted as “two mounts.” That’s not how any reputable shop operates. The work was done in the parking lot, not a proper bay, and they’ve refused to take responsibility for skipping part of the job. Wouldn’t trust them again.

I brought my Subaru in for a full timing chain kit replacement, and these guys handled it with total professionalism. Not only was the work done right, but they also did an oil change, checked my air filter, and topped off all my fluids, all without me asking or being charged extra. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right, not just rushing through it. I saw firsthand that their team works with care and transparency, and they explained everything to me in detail. No pressure, no games just honest, thorough service. After seeing some of the reviews, i know not every review tells the full story , but from my experience, this shop has integrity and knows what they’re doing. I’ll be bringing my car back here anytime it needs work.
