they lied to me about having my tire in stock. I brought my vehicle here on a tow truck to get a tire. they took about 15 minutes talking to me and taking you my contact information and they didn’t even tell me the tire wasn’t in stock. then they ordered it from a warehouse and made me wait over 30 minutes with the tow truck running.

Juan at Big O Tires on Peoria St in Denver, CO was the best!!! Even though he was helping another customer with their tires, Juan (I made sure to ask his name before I left!) looked up & greeted me, letting me know he would be right with me. Even though I only needed the air pressure in my tires checked due to an indicator light coming on while driving, Juan was courteous, efficient and professional the entire time, as if I was a paying customer. He filled all my tires, also letting me know the pressure reading on each one. He also let me know how much tread was left on each tire. He even helped me reset the code inside my vehicle so the indicator light would turn off. I didn't even know you had to do that!! I really appreciate Juan's customer service skills as they can sometimes be lost in the hustle of business. Thank you Big O for having employees that know how to take care of the customer. And thank you Juan, the customer service you showed me made my day! I appreciate the work you do and the time you gave me!!

Big O Tires - 4695 Peoria St, Denver, CO 80239 I booked an appointment online from their website and it was approved within hours, which was important because I was towing the car in. I absolutely love Big O Tires and never want to go to any other shop. If I can't go to my main Big O location where I'm a regular, I will seek out another Big O to visit. I went to this Denver Peoria Street location and I love the old school vibes of the store. I recently had to DIY my rack and pinion and tie rod ends as advised from the Broomfield location assessment before I took advantage of my 3-year warranty alignment package. If you don't know, you can't really get a proper alignment for your car without that being fixed. I completed the repair myself, but I'm not a professional when it comes to alignments, so I got my car towed over to this 4695 Peoria St location to get the pros to handle the alignment and maintain my warranty on my Big O tires. Sadly, I couldn't utilize my free alignment warranty because not all Big O Tires are linked, as they are independently owned. However, the receptionist Bonnie got me a coupon toward paying for an alignment to make the cost more affordable after me towing it in! Let me tell you, the technician Kevin is an absolute superstar and completed my alignment in less than 20 minutes, getting me back on the road in no time. I even made friends with other customers who have been going to this Denver Big O Tires location for years and told me about the money they've saved coming to this Big O Tires and how awesome Kevin is🔧✨️. Kevin, you stand out as an exceptional employee, and that means a lot to me. Thank you again, Big O Tires Denver; I trust the brand with my life. 🚗🧰🦾👩🔧👨🔧

Called in to confirm they fix tires, and when I pulled in she met me outside to get the ball rolling. Made the process super simple and was really friendly. She did say it would take 20 minutes but it took an hour, but she also told the person after me it would take an hour and a half so they must have hit a snag on the vehicle before mine. Overall I will recommend and would come back for future tire help

So I took my car in to get my rear brake pads cleaned because they were making a slight squeaking sound. Ezekiel was very nice and asked me for my keys. I look out the window and I see him go flying out of the parking lot driving way faster than he should have been. I drive a BMW 430 so I guess he thought it was a joy ride. I wait about 10 mins then he pulls back in and goes to the garage. 2 mins later I get a call saying my car is done and I owe 50$. The car was still squeaking so they definitely didn’t do anything to my car besides take a 10 minute joyride. The best part of the story is the low life’s had the nerve to steal my carrera sunglasses and my beats headphones out of my car. I would avoid this place like the plague!! I emailed the company and got no response… SHOCKER Unreal how they conduct business

Moses Robles and his manager gave exceptional kindness, service, professionalism and care to me. I got a new license plate. Bolts were stripped then broke off. They had to drill, take off hood panel etc.They spent at least 40 minutes solving all of this and charged me nothing. Moses in particular was the kind of man the world needs more of. I’m single, on disability and was not having an easy day. He then told me if I got the bigger correct bolts . I came back. He fixed those. I’m a Big O Tire customer now for life.
