I have had great experiences at Bob's Service. They are friendly professional and most importantly honest. I have had my Volvo taken in there a couple of times and wouldn't take it anywhere else. I always receive the most excellent customer service imaginable in this type of industry. I always felt from the get go, each time I was there, that I was not getting the run-around and that they were totally upfront at all times. If you are looking for a high-quality, professional, reasonably-priced repair shop, Bob's Service is your place to go! I took my Volvo to Rickenbaugh (they work on commission) and was given a very high quote for brake service. I ended up having new rotors and pads replaced at Tire's Plus, and my car was returned to me in worse shape then when I brought it in due to low-quality materials. I finally went to Bob's Service and had my problem diagnosed very quickly. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and informative, and my car was repaired at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Bob's to any Volvo owner in Denver!

Absolutely excellent service. I've now taken 2 Volvo's to Bob's, and I've been impressed with all the service I've had done. On my last trip, I had a quirky electrical problem that I expected to be a thousand dollar repair. The techs at Bob's diagnosed it quickly, and fixed the issue for $100. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Highly recommended. These guys are first-class. If you own a Volvo, go see them.

Overall a wonderful experience getting my 2017 Volvo XC90 serviced at Bob’s for hitting 150k miles. The staff were communicative, and explained everything thoroughly without coming across as condescending at all (you can tell he just really loves Volvos). Their pricing for getting my timing belt replacement was lower than any of the other Denver shops I called, and they had the car ready within 24 hours. I’ll also add that as a queer person, the mechanic can be intimidating, and all the staff were very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Volvo!
