After a recent snowstorm in which I was basically plowing snow in a car that's 9 inches off the ground I started to hear a clunk that I was certainly not used to hearing in my Outback. On top of that it's been quite an extensive time since I have had my car really serviced. So I dropped it off and left it with the guys to look over. I also gave them instructions to change the spark plugs, front and rear diff fluids, as well as coolant and oil change. They found the problem was my heat shield being significantly deformed and fixed it for me making the car quiet again. As well as performing all the fluids for me. When I went to pick up the car they were informative and went over all the servicing and even the fluids that the used during the process. If you have a Subaru and you're within an hour of these guys, it would be well worth your time to get your servicing here.

Brought my Jeep in and had my Spark plugs,Gaskets,thermostat and radiator replaced. I get my Jeep back and he told me I had new permanent codes. Both Camshaft sensors and Purge Control Valve. Went to replace everything myself and turns out 1 camshaft sensor and the purge valve sensor was disconnected. Shouldn't have been tampered with. Shady business

This far Iconic Automotive Repair has been the best repair facility I've dealt with in over 30 years. It's a small bit efficient private shop. Locally owned and operated and the gentleman there are real quality people. They say it how it is get things done as quickly as it's humanly possible and always have a friendly smile to get you with. They're not the clean clothes shop jokes you see at a dealership, they're real in the engine grit hard working men! They addressed my warranty issues with the warranty company despite their limited staff and they do what's best for the customer while balancing a private business in a difficult economy. Great experience. I’m selling a truck and a potential buyer was down from Breckenridge. Buyer had a guy lined up to do a presale inspection on. His guy flaked on us. I scrambled to find someone else and Iconic was the only one willing to fit us in. Even though he had other vehicles to service. This was on a Sunday afternoon, while the NFC championship game was going on. So I really appreciate you being there. I’m a car guy so I really appreciate his straight forward advice and the fact that he let us get in the pit so we could see what he was talking about. I was fine with paying $1700 dollars to repair my truck. However, I am not okay with poor quality of your work. I had to spend my night in my truck. It was freezing. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere until I found a honest mechanic who fixed your terrible work and didn’t even charge me. You taught me an expensive life lesson.

I found my permanent mechanic!!!...and for a BMW (have always taken to dealership) ..Serpentine belt went out driving home the other night and he accepted my car the very next morning! He went above and beyond inspecting my vehicle , was on the same page for repair necessary. I also needed a new thermostat which he replaced as well. He was very honest straight forward about the work needed. This shop is true to their word and honest. I know what needed to be done (he was thorough and double checked everything) but didn't try to upsell. Instead, he went above and beyond. He noticed i had a build up of brake dust and power washed my wheels and engine complementary! The work was completed QUICKLY (open on Sundays) and was reassured everything tests correctly. He also gave me a warranty on his work in case there are issues. He also shared some recommendations on some prevention maintenance I could do myself, but...(I'll most likely come back to him for the work). I will be recommending him to all my friends. I've spent a LOT OF TIME AND MONEY and mechanics (previous cars, not my current) but trust if something needs to be done, I can take to a man with integrity and respect, and honesty....thank you!!! If I could add a star, I would... update: just found out I cannot add another review but had repairs done again with this shop and STILL IMPRESSED by the quality of work done. I was not kidding when I said I would be back if my car needed another repair and was not disappointed by the work done. Brian is an amazing individual and it shows he cares about his business. Brian was amazing and helped me through an issue with my headlights. It turned out he found the knobs were twisted to a strange setting making it default to my brights being on or only my low beams. I felt very foolish for not noticing this but Brian was so kind about it and talked me through the easy fix. He did this without charge and also gave my car a nice power wash where she was building up some grime. 11/10 service- these guys are truly here to support the community and that was much appreciated.

i just wanted to say how great my experience was with Iconic Automotive, Brian who spoked to me mostly treated me like family and communicated with me really well, i came in too get my front 2 fenders rolled and he way past my expectations, treated his car like mine and they look great no more rubbing and fixed my bacon fender on my right side. He also advised i need my front brakes done and was going to mess up my calipers and i okayed it and he went ahead and did my front brakes rotor and pads. highly recommend this Mechanic place for honest work. Dustin was also very knowledgeable and respectful.
