I have been taking my 2004 4Runner to Toy Doctor for about two years and have had a significant variety of major repairs completed by them with great satisfaction. I’ve previously used both the Toyota dealer and other Toyota shops. None come close to the quality of dependable, honest and friendly service I’ve come to enjoy at Toy Doctor. Seriously. Here’s why I use Toy Doctor for all my Toyota repairs and will continue to use them: 1) Quality workmanship backed by a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. Not even the Toyota dealer will do that for their repairs. This is a rarity and tells me that Toyota Doctor is confident in the quality of superior workmanship they provide their customers. 2) Honest evaluations of needed repairs. Their mechanics are extremely thorough in their assessments. Chrissy and Rachel are always wonderful at assisting me in determining how to prioritize repairs for my budget and which items can be safely deferred. If I don’t understand a repair they clearly explain the particulars so I can make a wise decision. 3) Fair pricing, genuine Toyota parts and a military discount. Recently when I was in for a repair, I agreed with the quote, came back to pick up the vehicle and while paying for the service was informed that they had found some savings and reduced my bill. Now that’s a rare occurrence these days but that’s how Toy Doctor operates… fair and honest. 3) Loaner cars have been available when my service and repairs take several days. I live a half hour away and couldn’t use Toy Doctor without this amazing convenience which they routinely are able to offer. 4) Friendly and respectful staff. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been warm, genuine and welcoming. Whenever I’m at Toy Doctor there’s other happy repeat customers there as well. That’s a sure sign of a reliable auto shop. Happy repeat customers. 5) Toyota builds great vehicles but all cars require regular maintenance and service. I highly recommend Toy Doctor. If the work needs to be done why not go with the absolute best shop in town? Toy Doctor gets my vote.

I’ve been taking multiple 4Runners to this business for many years and have always received excellent service at a fair price with never an issue after the work was completed. Much cheaper than Toyota dealerships with no reduction in service quality; highly recommend this business if you have a Toyota needing general maintenance or repairs! Don’t think twice.

I took my car to the Toy Doctor after receiving numerous cards in the mail which were nicely written and had great offers for service. I especially liked the fact that they are Toyota experts since I own a Toyota. I have struggled with taking my car to be serviced at the dealership service center because, it seems like everyone’s on auto-pilot and I always end up feeling overwhelmed with the amount of ‘necessary’ recommendations I’m given that are often quite costly. The Toy Doctor people were super friendly and welcoming. I just scheduled an oil change and waited in their comfortable waiting area, ( which had really nice music, btw). They did my oil change in a timely manner, (1 hour), looked over my car, made some small recommendations. There was no scary pressure that made me feel like my car was going to fall apart if I didn’t do this or that. It was and overall, very nice experience.

I had a 2015 4Runner on loan the whirring got chewed up by rodents. They made me feel super welcome at the shop, it was as if I was a regular customer . This was my first time using the shop. Great customer service skill and they know their job . The car is working fine I now know where to go instead of the Stealership for toyota work.

If you enjoy paying for a service and it not being provided, this is the place for you. Took it here to get my tire fixed. Held it for 40 minutes, told me they patched it up, and the next day my tire is flat. I tell them, they ignore me, and then ask me to refer them.

We were on vacation in Denver for the holidays when our CRV started acting strange. Not knowing where to go for service, we stopped at the closest service station and thank goodness we did! The folks at The Toy Doctor were there to take care of us! Cody listened attentively to the issues the CRV was having and our concerns of being on vacation and needing to get home on time. He carefully explained the process and assured us he would do his best to get the vehicle up and running so we could be on the road on time. His mechanic diagnosed the stand Cody quickly called us back to explain the issue as well as repair options and timing of each option. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us come up with the best solution. The car was ready on time and is running great! We are so thankful for the team at The Toy Doctor! I would highly recommend them for any vehicle service or repair needs!

I called them on a Wednesday and they got me in the next morning, even offered a ride if I needed one.Cody went above and beyond any other shop Ive ever been to,what a great guy!! They did a diagnosis on my truck and my catalytic converters were shot,They kept me informed on everything thing they were doing and needed to do.They installed my new catalyst converters and took it in for emmisions and my truck passed with flying colors, I am a very Happy camper, Cody and the whole shop Rock!! From start to finish the staff at ToyDoc Denver were absolutely wonderful to work with. My 4Runner is my pride and joy and I am normally very reluctant to hand over the keys to anyone that I don't know and trust. From the first contact with ToyDoc their willingness to communicate and professionalism were astounding. They recommended Reed Towing for transport of my dead vehicle and like ToyDoc; they were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated the referral! I had been chasing a fuel issue for nearly two months and was unable to get my truck to stay running longer than a few seconds. ToyDoc's pricing was absolutely reasonable and I am more than happy with the quality of service that they provided. Marcelles, Jack, Chrissy, and Cody at ToyDoc Denver made a very stressful situation very easy to get through and I cannot thank them enough. My truck died in the middle of Denver during rush hour and they made the ENTIRE process absolutely painless by helping coordinate a tow truck, getting me a Lyft back to my house, and texting me to let me know that the truck had been recieved. They ordered parts which arrived early, and were able to get my truck fixed and runnig top notch several days ahead of projected scheduling.
