I was expecting car shopping to be a misery and a headache and an absolute journey to be on. But instead my husband was able to leave same day with a beautiful car we were instantly in love with. Our salesperson Austin was absolutely incredible. He was so helpful, he was never pushy, and was in fact incredibly patient through the whole process and made all of this a breeze. And bonus, just a super cool guy! He made what I thought would be an annoying process into an immediately gratifying one! This was a great experience!

We were in need of a reliable car. After dealing with other dealers that did not have the time to assist us, I called Skyline and set up an appt. with Kipp. Kipp listened with open ears to our requests and directed to 3 different cars for test drives. After driving the Murano, we were set that was what we wanted. Kipp made the process painless and very smooth. We negotiated a few items on the sale without any pressure. 4 hours later we drove home very happy. Thank you Skyline and most of all, Thank you Kipp. We will be sending people your way.

We drove up from Colorado Springs to look for a work truck that our son needed since he started a landscaping business and working out of the trunk of his car was no longer an option. We spent the day driving around to different dealers around Denver either not finding what we needed in- stock or having to deal with dealerships where the staff was just awkward to deal with. While having lunch we found a truck that fit our criteria and ended up at Skyline Mitsubishi to look at a 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic Tradesman Truck with 24,000 miles on it. We were introduced to Chris P. and he was very pleasant to deal with. He was a straight shooter and when he didn't know the answer to a question he either looked it up on his phone or went to ask someone which I greatly appreciated and found to be very professional. I could tell Chris had been in the car business for awhile which is nice cuz getting stuck with a Rookie or a Scumbag just sucks. We drove the truck and had the dealership appraise our trade-in which was nearly paid for so we knew what our trade-in was worth. They came back with an appraisal that was $5000.00 more than we were expecting which surprised us and told me they were motivated to get this truck moving since it had been on their lot for a wee bit of time. Chris P. made our experience stress-free, easy and didn't take all day to get us out the door. We were equally pleased with our experience with our financing specialist, TJ. He was able to get our son financed on his own because of his past history making payments on his previous car. We did choose to purchase the windshield insurance because I've lost count of how many windshields we've had to replaced in our household in this state and just buying the windshield insurance pays for itself usually. Of course, we haggled on the price of the windshield insurance down to a level we felt was fair for the caliber of vehicle that was being purchased. Chris P. and TJ made our experience very pleasant, transparent and easy which is not something we have always experienced while buying cars for ourselves or members of our family. We would definitely drive the hour north again to make a purchase with these two gentlemen again. We even enjoyed the nostalgic 70s buildings this dealership is housed in but were told that the buildings are coming down shortly for a modern rebuild. I hope the rebuild doesn't change the character of the dealership and raise their operating costs to a point where the sales experiences has to change in a negative way. Thank you Skyline, Chris P. and TJ for making our car buying experience with our son a positive one.

Yester, and Skyline did a great job. Called in advance let them know what we were looking to get to possibly buy. Told Yester we would be there at a certain time. We test drove 4 other vehicles, before Mitsubishi, they would be our last stop. Best Price, best car, best help to buy the car. Well they did it in ever category. So we bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse loaded! Only took 1.5 hours to do the whole deal, even with a trade in. We will return again when we need another vehicle. Other dealers we went too, only seemed like It was their way or tough! Yester listened, and did what we asked! Awesome work for the whole dealership! Thanks

We had an excellent experience at this dealership. Jay was amazing to work with friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how the dealership was willing to work with us, especially since we were coming from 3 hours away. Updated: Staff was friendly and professional, but overall this was a very disappointing experience. A vehicle we got from here developed serious issues immediately after purchase, despite being represented as in good condition. Multiple problems so soon after buying completely took away confidence in the vehicle and made the process stressful instead of exciting. Based on our experience, I would not recommend.

Absolutely under no circumstances should you purchase a vehicle here in my opinion. I’d leave zero stars if I could! Bought our son a used car (his first car) for ways to get to and from school and work. Test drove the car, salespeople said it was a good car, great for a starter. 3 days after driving it off the lot the check engine light came on. Called the shop, they apologized said to bring it in, found that the EGR valve had internal failure shop said they would fix it complimentary for our business and gave the car a thumbs up. Fast forward 30 miles or so the check engine light appeared again. Took it to a local oil change company after the check oil light came on and they noted a possible oil pan and transmission fluid leak. Took it to a local mechanic and they had to replace the oil pan gasket due to a leak, remove and reseal transmission pan gasket and filter, and remove and replace coolant cross over pipe and thermostat. About $3K worth of issues the dealer didn’t disclose and failed to fix when it was brought in after purchase (when they said sorry and they would make it right for my son) when they found the EGR valve. We still need to remove and replace upper and lower radiator hoses but sadly could not afford it all at once. Unfortunate we put our new driver in a car that needed lots of work. I’m my opinion I’d suggest never buying a car here, new or used. *Edited to list all repair findings after the local mechanic shop gave us our final bill.

On my way to Fort Collins, I had an opportunity to test drive an Outlander PHEV. Since I was in the process of exchanging my old Pilot for a Colorado EV exchange program vehicle, I was considering getting an EV or PHEV. I took the car for a spin, and I absolutely loved it. They offered me the amount I would receive from Colorado on the spot, along with some other rebates, and most importantly, there was no interest. I didn’t need to go shopping around because this was already a fantastic deal. Shopping for a car and making a decision can be a real headache, but I’ve been there, done that. You might think their building isn’t as fancy as others, but you’ll likely save more money here than you would in a fancy place, committing to something overpriced for many years. Did I mention that the Outlander comes with a 10-year warranty? And don’t worry about upgrading your home electrical wiring. Simply plug in an outlet and charge overnight for enough juice for a daily commute. If you’re not driving much, this is probably a good option because your charging costs will be less than $1.50 for almost 40 miles. We did have a little hiccup later on with my trade, but they honored what they promised without any more hassle. One last thing about Alfredo Ramirez was really helpful. He knew everything about the car, and I believe we received the best possible offer. Overall, despite not intending to purchase that day, Alfredo’s and Brandon’s honesty, professionalism, and excellent offer convinced me to sign on the spot. I’ll provide updates as I learn more about the car. P.S.: Don’t just wait. Go test drive it and see for yourself. I don’t know how long it will last but you can also get a $50 Amazon gift card in a few days.

From my first call to the dealership answered by Brandon, the sales manager, to our actual salesman Alfredo, to the finance manager Jordan, we were handled with care, respect, patience, and warm smiles. Alfredo is incredibly knowledgeable, was respectful of our time, honest, and humble. He made a mistake with the paperwork that he quickly corrected and apologized for profusely which really humanized him and demonstrated his high integrity. Alfredo listened to what we were seeking and what we could afford and worked with us to achieve it. We absolutely LOVE the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV black edition.
