One of the better businesses in the area. I had them put an upgraded suspension on my boxster, they have done our tires for the past 10 years. Always accommodating. Also, can’t say enough how the take in our cars at a moment’s notice to plug our tires. All the roof repairs in the neighborhood, we’ve been in several times. They earned our business for as long as we’re living in the neighborhood.

People are very nice and understanding, they listen and honor their work. Prices are reasonable and the best part they make it easy for you to get the lug nuts off too changing your tire.

Highly recommend! The kind of place that makes your day much brighter when it started off not so great (flat tire). Genuine people who care about the customer. Will be back for future services.

The state my car was left in yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any tire shop and downright dangerous. They charged me $200 to swap out tires which is outrageous but also understandable given they were not purchased there but that’s not the bad part. They put one of my rear wheels on the front passenger and one of my front wheels on the rear driver and then couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t aligning properly. They had hub rings double stacked on one wheel and no hub rings on another which can cause the studs to shear off on the road. Prior to taking my car in, my steering wheel was very slightly off but after they got it on the rack with one front and one rear and tried to align to that, my steering wheel was extremely off center. I now have to wait a week to align at a competent shop meanwhile my new tires are now subject to extreme uneven wear due to their shoddy work. I’m lucky I have a lift at home and was able to inspect and undo their work. This could have happened to someone that’s not savvy with cars and they could have been stranded on the road or worse injured or dead. They also damaged the face of my wheels that cost $3500 a set and imported from Japan. Sometimes the tire mounting machines mar the lip but putting a deep scratch on the face is due to improper workmanship and will likely cost me $1000+ to fix due to it being so deep it can’t be polished.

I went in here for an air check and to inquire about new tires. They ignored me and helped everyone else for 45 mins. I called and the manager was to busy to come to the phone when I was still in the parking lot watching him say je didn't want to take a complaint call. Smh

absolutely wonderful staff, had a bad flat out of nowhere at 4:30 on a Saturday and despite closing at 5 and already being crowded, they were able to patch my tire in only 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and they really saved me from a ruined rim and weekend. Thank you so much!

I had a scheduled appointment for an alignment and planned to wait. Hit the fast food place next door and returned 45 minutes later to find they hadn’t gotten started. They have only one alignment station, and couldn’t start the previous car. They were done with the previous alignment, but the car wouldn’t start. It was annoying, but what are you going to do. Well, they ended up pushing the car outside and then doubled up technicians on my vehicle and got it done in short order. Apparently I only needed one tire aligned, but the tie rod was a bit frozen. They worked through that problem and got me back on the road. Steering is noticeably better now. This is the second time I’ve gotten my tires aligned at this location. I’ll be going back. Probably to get the seized-up tie rods replaced. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Explained everything I had questions about.

I just got 4 new tires and an alignment done on my Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid and they did great. It took about 2 hours for all of it and they helped me pick out affordable tires that work for my car. They also saved me some money because I thought I might need an ADAS calibration, but they said that only some newer cars need that and mine didn’t. Overall, they were efficient, helpful, and had great customer service. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

Amazing experience. I called to see if they had any walk in time to fix a flat and Fiona got me in! So sweet and kind when I got there and even got it done almost an hour before they said it would be done! Found my forever tire shop🥹

Not the Les Schwab I usually go to, but it was the closest to my work when I noticed a nail in my tire. Dropped my truck off around noon and was told it would be about 2 hours. By 3, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called and they said mine was next in line. When I showed up an hour and a half later, they still hadn’t taken a look at it. Once I was there, it took about 30–40 minutes to get me out the door. Overall, no complaints about the work itself—just seemed like some time management could be improved.

Dangerous patch job on side wall. I brought my car to fix a nail puncture. The nail was visible. The service was performed quickly and I drove my car approximately 1 mile to my work where it sat the remainder of the day. At approximately 6 pm I discovered that my tire was completely flat. I had a previously scheduled oil change at the dealer the next morning. The dealer inspected the tire and discovered that two patches were made on the inside of the tire and too close together. The original hole, where the nail was, was not patched. I was advised by the dealer that in addition to not patching the known nail hole the patches that were done were poor quality and because they were so close together and so close to the side wall potentially dangerous and should have never been done.

I went into the Central Park Les Schwab today fully expecting to have to buy new tires. My dealership had told me my tires were wearing down, and in the past when I’ve gone in with something as small as a nail, I was told I had no option but to replace the whole tire. This was my very first time at Les Schwab, and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. I had a giant bolt in one tire and a nail in another, so I assumed new tires were inevitable. Instead, the guy helping me looked everything over and said, “Honestly, your tires are still in pretty good condition. Would you like us to repair them instead?” I was shocked in the best way. Less than an hour later, they pulled my car around and another tech showed me everything they had removed: a couple nails, a screw, and the big bolt. The entire team was so friendly, honest, and helpful. In a week that had already been really rough, this was exactly the good news I needed. They earned my trust today, and when it does come time for new tires, I will absolutely be going back here to buy them. Thank you, Les Schwab Central Park team. You made my day.

We have used Les Schwab seasonally to switch from all-season to studded tires on my wife’s FWD car. I usually take her car in to have this performed because every time she does they try to up sell her. When I go in they just swap the tires. I had an urgent work issue so she had to take her car in to have this serviced performed and in true Les Schwab fashion they told her that she needs new tires. Her tires are fine. She had me talk to the employee who was trying to up sell her and he told me that the studded tires have 9/32s tread life and was giving me some BS and then he told me the tread was actually 4/32s. The tread on her tires are still above the tread wear bars. This behavior is so consistent it almost as if they train employees to exploit women. WHY DOES LES SCHWAB THINK IT IS OKAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF UNSUSPECTING WOMEN WHO DON’T KNOW BETTER?!?!

I had an appointment for a new set of tires and after waiting for an hour and a half and never seeing my vehicle go into a bay I went in and there was a misconception with staff and the appointment time and they were pretty busy. They apologized, took my vehicle in next, took care of everything quickly and gave me a coupon for my time and I was out the door. Im very pleased with their customer service and highly recommend this location for tires and my own future tires. Awesome job and great staff! Thank you.

The Central Park Les Schwab has pleasantly surprised me. I went there about a week ago for new tires. Based on prior experience with other tire places and dealers I was expecting the same hassle from Les Schwab. Well I was wrong. They were so nice from the start. They gave me a great price on my tires and installed them in a timely manner. About 3 days later I ran over a bolt with my new tires and my new tire went flat. I called Les Schwab in Central Park and they said to come in and they would "make it happen". I had my donut tire put on my car and drove to Les Schwab. They fixed my tire and didn't charge me. I will always use Les Schwab and especially the Central Park location for new tires and any other service they offer. Thank you all so much!!!

One of the most friendly, kind and caring work. I had a tire with 2 screws in it. All removed and I am back on the road. Glad I have found a new location to service my car. Check them out. Plus they have popcorn while you wait

I’ve never thought much about an automotive service center. They are all kind of the same. My experience at the Les Schwab location in Northfield was anything but that. Krystian and his team were exceptional. There is a strong and positive culture at this store that truly sets it apart. Furthermore, the end result of the 4Runner build that they did was truly awesome.
